Wù (悟)Kōng (空) means "realizing nothing exists" or "realizing everything is empty". Your desire is empty, the thing you desire is also emtpy. The name carries the special entrustment of his master Tang Sanzang, hoping that he could abandon the anxiety and uneasiness in his personality. Actually, Buddhist culture perfectly coincides with the ancient Confucianism of Confucius, emphasizing a life of living a simple and unworldly life, obedience, and the hope of reincarnation and becoming an immortal. This is a perfect cultural framework for ancient emperors to rule the people.

People should understand now why Goku releases golden light and aura when he turns into super saiyan because Wukong does that too. Same with hair color..
Just to make you all aware, if you use the pillar stance heavy attack while he taunts you during the 2nd phase, he'll catch it and toss you around as if you were loki from the 1st avengers movie
Many people dont know this but if Player do the Skill rising pole high to smack down, Wukong will take your pole and smack player down several time while player hand still hold onto it
The Chinese name of the final boss is "Great Sage Remnant", "Great Sage" is the honorific title of Monkey King, "Remnant Body", is a mutilated body, which means that this is not a complete Monkey King, he is the remnant body of Monkey King, his paranoia and naughtiness and powerful power are still in this body ...
Last phase, Wukong has already stolen 5 relics, the destiny one was fighting totally based on the last relic which is “意”, the most important relic compare to other 5, according to Chinese culture, you can live without eyes, nose, ears, tongues, even body, but can't live without "意" (an mixed concept of intention/vision/desire/will/feel, maybe even prior to intention "念")
And “意(yi)“ can passed from one by one among the detiny ones according to the game. (I think that's the most wonderful and excellent part of this game). It's totally reflecting the fact that by the novel/story "journey to the west", Chinese was inspired/encouraged by the spirit of greate sage generation by generation. And the golden hoop was also perfectly defined in the game, it's about freedom and restriction. Facing the enemies from haven, Wukong want's to take it off rather than sacrifice himself, but facing old monkey, the destiny one choose to put it on. I think it's totally a fare way to define 'freedom' regarding who you are facing.
Not replay. You have to continue the journey. Choosing ng or ng+ will make you have to repeat the whole 6 ch again. Continue the journey instead and fulfill the prerequisites
If anyone don’t like gourd stealing, you can soak iron ball(not sure if I translate it right I played it in Chinese) which protect your drink from interuption
Lemme tell you this move threw me for a damn LOOP the first time it happened. I have never seen or had a boss do that before. It's pretty revolutionary I think.
No one pointing out that the shell becomes more "Wukong" when he steals back the relics? This is like Tony, saying "If you are nothing without the relics, then you shouldn't have them."
I hope Game Science will continue this with Wukong taking down the whole entire celestial kingdom and mop the floor with all those gods all the same time. Then of course, Buddha shows up and calm him down and Sun Wukong returns to Buddhahood and lives in peace for eternity with his monkey clan at Flower Mountain.
that my GOAT. I don't know the scream of "shit shit shit" i have mix with the "WOOOOOOOO" and "YEEEEEEEEEAAAAAH" of every move this man have on me. Do i got my shit kick in ? yes. but it always a blast fighting him and the stone monkey(and arlang but arlang I need to stay alot more calm to deal with his move)

Your Gameplay was sick! I did know you could conter his attack where he throws his spinning stick at you like 5 or 6 times :o
According to the program information, the destined one has 1899 actions,EPIC!
"Please Mr Wukong I`m nothing without the relics!"
"If you`re nothing without the relics, then you shouldn`t have them."
People should understand now why Goku releases golden light and aura when he turns into super saiyan because Wukong does that too. Same with hair color..
He's already pretty go easy on you for not using clone or one shot hit. You know he fucking could.
It is right for you to be beaten by this boss, because he is the monkey king and you are just his offspring. In fact, he is training you.
Him stealing the gourd made me think of that Always Sunny episode with the piss bottle "OH thats not suppose to be the piss one!"
Maybe, for everyone who wants to be great, the final enemy is yourself.
Just to make you all aware, if you use the pillar stance heavy attack while he taunts you during the 2nd phase, he'll catch it and toss you around as if you were loki from the 1st avengers movie
Many people dont know this but if Player do the Skill rising pole high to smack down, Wukong will take your pole and smack player down several time while player hand still hold onto it
Yeah it happened to me many times 🤣
Imagine my surprise when i realized the final boss is the Monkey King himself🤯 my reaction was "oh no😰 i'm gonna get kicked by Him😱"
The Chinese name of the final boss is "Great Sage Remnant", "Great Sage" is the honorific title of Monkey King, "Remnant Body", is a mutilated body, which means that this is not a complete Monkey King, he is the remnant body of Monkey King, his paranoia and naughtiness and powerful power are still in this body ...
So true he kicked us as football
GOTY Wow Black Myth Wukong rocks
If not GOTY winner then GOTY contender for sure and theres no question about that
I cannot wait to get my hands on this game, and I go riot if this game didn't win GOTY 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
BROOO IM WATING FOR A VIDEO LIKE THIS!!
Im happy you enjoyed it 🙂
Yes wukong vs sun wukong 😊
真假美猴王,西游记中81难,其中一难,
Last phase, Wukong has already stolen 5 relics, the destiny one was fighting totally based on the last relic which is “意”, the most important relic compare to other 5, according to Chinese culture, you can live without eyes, nose, ears, tongues, even body, but can't live without "意" (an mixed concept of intention/vision/desire/will/feel, maybe even prior to intention "念")
Dam thats actually nice to know, thanks for sharing 😮
Rumor if u finished and replay it and there hidden boss from the intro at the end
I heard something about that too
Not replay. You have to continue the journey. Choosing ng or ng+ will make you have to repeat the whole 6 ch again. Continue the journey instead and fulfill the prerequisites
I love the great sage 2nd phase staff spin ❤
If anyone don’t like gourd stealing, you can soak iron ball(not sure if I translate it right I played it in Chinese) which protect your drink from interuption
Lemme tell you this move threw me for a damn LOOP the first time it happened.
I have never seen or had a boss do that before. It's pretty revolutionary I think.
No one pointing out that the shell becomes more "Wukong" when he steals back the relics?
This is like Tony, saying "If you are nothing without the relics, then you shouldn't have them."
"You want the relics... show me you can take me without them."
Gotta be the most coldest second boss phase animation ever especially the one with he's staff behind he's back and the sun in the background
the move of final boss kick the stick back to you is sooo sick
Yeah that happened to me so many times, i dont know how it didnt happen to any of these streamers 😂
The EPIC Final boss is your daddy which dont want kill you but play with you teach you even have drink with you. 😇🤣😂😋
Just want you know who is your dad🤣
yknow...i havent upgraded my pc for 10 years because for most games that i play it is enough, but this game alone gave me the reason to upgrade.
What kind of cyber Viagra is this
I hope Game Science will continue this with Wukong taking down the whole entire celestial kingdom and mop the floor with all those gods all the same time. Then of course, Buddha shows up and calm him down and Sun Wukong returns to Buddhahood and lives in peace for eternity with his monkey clan at Flower Mountain.
If Buddha appear it's game over......
He trapped the stone monkey inside Five Finger Mountain for 500 years.........
the way he just throw his staf at his is damn
I really like the bgm when the great sage is coming
This is what final boss should be made!
I can feel a "girls vs boys playing games meeting a similar character" meme coming up with aloy from HFW and Monkey King.
This game is amazing, I've never seen a boss take your heal and use it I'm 56 and have been gaming for over 40 years
1:42 2 monkey on sunset perfection
wow, just finished chapter 6 now and never experienced my gourd being stolen, good to know he can do it :D
that my GOAT. I don't know the scream of "shit shit shit" i have mix with the "WOOOOOOOO" and "YEEEEEEEEEAAAAAH" of every move this man have on me.
Do i got my shit kick in ? yes. but it always a blast fighting him and the stone monkey(and arlang but arlang I need to stay alot more calm to deal with his move)
wow. you are good!!! I am still on the first boss.
hahahaha!😂😂
girlfriend passed by and asked: Is there only one boss in this game, why are you still fighting this monster😂 ultimate irony
The only fight i don’t rage on when die. Much respect for great sage.
YOUR THE BESTTTTT can you make part 2 for upcoming reactions?
Ill see what i can do, ill need to get some fresh gameplay for myself for that on a new playthrough
