I second what BadIndsBob said- Im a 47 year old dude that grew up in the arcade playing Blanka. Life got in the way and my muscle memory is stuck in 1991! Its been a real struggle with all the new tech SF has added over the years, but Im loving Blanka as much as I did as a teen. I appreciate these deep dives into how to really get good with Blanka in sf6. Ill just need to rewatch these videos a million times and start grinding the lab. PLEASE keep the videos coming! I appreciate the hard work youre doing. As a video professional, I get what it takes to push out content. DONT STRESS over this stuff, youll burn out man! Quality content is better than you hating to make content! We'll be here when you do post! On that note, Id love to see a video that somehow can help me bridge the 30 year gap Im facing. Dont know what that really is, but fundamentals of modern SF would be dope to see.
I've watched other blanka videos that are supposed to be top level players and they're flashy but lacking in depth. Keep these coming. These guides are packed full of useful content.

Thanks homie, good lil video on defense. I was aware of a few of these points but not confident enough, especially in the corner. Would love to see more Blanka tech! Charge buffering and drive rushing in game are what I'm personally trying to learn right now, I'm sure you could do a breakdown on either of those.
Now that you've talked about blanka defensively in the corner, if you haven't already maybe go over his options for keeping ppl in the corner. One of my favs is his heavy kick blanka ball as it can stop ppl from jumping over you even if you're close to them. I can't tell you how many games I won with this move.
Its true when your in the corner its like catching fish in a barrel, if your allowed space to move its like catching a fish in the ocean, the more wiggle room you have, the harder it is for them. Much love to you.

i knew crouch was an accidental answer to DI.. I need to be more deliberate about using it that way
