Owen is a cutie patootie! I live in SW Virginia in the mountains but love Chincoteague! You need to watch the ponies swim one year. We went a few years ago and it was fantastic. They parade the ponies down the street and then pen them up. If you are lucky enough when they are in the pen, they will come close enough to pet. This is also when the ponies get inoculations and checked by a vet to ensure they stay healthy.
@@StopDropandKnitPodcast , I've knitted on and off since for years, but at the time we were there I wasn't knitting. I've just recently gotten back into it and am trying new and different things. In the past knitting was relaxing and I wouldn't learn any new stitches, all I knit were blankets or scarfs so I would have to think and follow a pattern. Within the last year, I'm learning new stitches and following patterns.
I’m knitting the Worsted Boxy right along with you! I cast on 11.21, and I am using Malabrigo Rios in Purple Mystery. Are you alternating skeins? I forgot to do so with the first skein, but I will do so moving forward.
Yay for husbands who love handknit socks! I also have a pile of husband socks that needTLC. Kyle loves his socks but wears holes in all of them 🤦♀️ BFL- it's pronounced Lester. I don't get it either 🤷♀️😂
