The substrate for Moss to grow should be Clay and Sand. Clay is a must

Hi Jeff ! I left my bonsai tree out in the sun too much now the moss is yellow. How do I get it green again ?? Thanks !

In nature moss dies every summer and comes back every winter.Maybe if you spray the moss constantly (lightly) it could green up.
