      When I’m struggling with a pattern, I find it helps to use thicker yarn and a larger crochet hook. Just to get the hang of the pattern.

      Yeah, I don't know if I got ahead of her or what but I didn't have as many stitches left near the top.
      So, I finished it off, still got my point but not as sharp as hers.
      That's what happens when you have to get up and go to tge bathroom and you can't figure out if you got ahead of her or if you are on the same row!
      I goy lost on the decreases somewhere.

    I have a request. Would you consider designing a hoodie for a child in the age range of 6-9 yrs old? You have created beautiful things for babies and adults and I have made most of your designs. But I have grandchildren in the 6-9 year age group and would really like to make them some hoodies in particular, but pullover sweaters would work, too. Please think about it?

    What weight yarn are you using? I tried a 3mm hook and it wouldn't even come close to grasping the yarn. (I'm using #4 weight cotton yarn).

    I’m still stuck on 9:00 to 9:45 - can you offer written explanation maybe? for just these 45 seconds? I don’t know what a ‘triple front pulse’ is and Google didn’t pull up anything. I also wonder about the ‘decres’ . Is that what we were doing before and it’s just the first time it’s mentioned? Thanks so much. I really want to be able to make this!

    • @skyla2714
      @skyla2714 Год назад +1

      I'm pretty sure she meant to say 'Triple Front Post' which is making a triple stitch behind the triple stitch you made on the previous row, instead of making a stitch on top like how you would normally do when crocheting. Also, for the other term, she was saying to 'decrease' which is just skipping the next stitch to decrease the number of stitches on the row you are on. In this case, you are skipping the triple stitch you created on your previous row AFTER you have made a triple front post stitch. I hope that helps!
