Always thought the face-lift model looked better, although subtle it's more stylish, sporty and aggressive looking. I have heard so many good things about this model, including being an amazing cruising machine, sadly I feel this car is often over looked against its competitors. Would you agree?
Hey there, that is exactly the 2 cars my Dad was looking between before he landed on the CT. If comfort is a priority I would say Corolla as the CT is stiff on the road. However Lexus service from dealers and the quality of the interior feels of a higher grade and thats why dad choose the CT. Hope this helps??
@@RIZFERD wtf dude, 😂😂 im worried that you have mind problem, you never seen that stuff, I didn't mentioned tu put DIY ahit that blinking, it was about reading lighting or trunk light. CMON white color is much better for your eye..
I think its real, it cost my dad about £800 more than the standard trim. It doesn't feel as smooth as the leather in the top trim lexus models. However it doesn't feel as vinyl as the base 'leather' that is in the base trim IS models. Sorry I couldnt help
@@shane6115 no worries at all. I believe Lexus call the cars with fake leather 'NuLuxe'. If you are testing a car, you can immediately tell the difference as it feels like vinyl :/
@@CarsofGlasgow hahah! Omg I clocked that straight away, I'm v close by! Got a much better car than that lexis lol 😎 funny thing I was thinking if doing a review on it
Does this CT also go 0-60 in a month? EDIT: I guess I just had to listen of the stats... I'm pretty sure last time I looked it up, this is THE slowest Lexus. I am a Lexus Driver, and it's not a ridiculously fancy one or anything... But Damn, 134 hp is abysmal, If I were to get a car, I would want it to get me to work on time.
I bought one of these after having the same concerns about the power output. I came from a turbo diesel BMW and thought the power would be unbearable; however, it really isn't that bad. For every day driving the power is adequate, yes, it's not amazing and able to win any drag races, but it's plenty enough for daily use. It could definitely use a bit of extra poke for motorway journeys though. If it weren't for the extra practicality of being a hatchback, I would have gone for an IS300h. I'd recommend test driving one if you're at all interested in the car, it's surprising just how "okay" the power is for a daily driver.
Wish we got that newer generation in the US. The integrated DRL in the headlight looks so much better than the previous

WTF still no LED for interior lighting? WHat is wrong with them?
It's your mind problem. Not everyone likes to have discotheque interior.

What’s that wining sound in the start when the car was rolling, seems to be on each hybrid I heard it causes headaches
yeah exterior noises I guess for road safety
Hi, is the CT real leather or the fake stuff, nice car though and good review

Great video
Can you easily fit a child seat in the back?
Quite easily as there is plenty of access. Legroom isn't as spacious as a VW Golf though
nice video
cheers man
Does it have the 4th gen engine or still using the 3rd gen
Still 3rd I think

Yeah it is the slowest Lexus currently... I believe it is about 10 secs to 62mph
If you want a fast car buy an electric one.
@@Sofala Or the LC500 or LFA haha
MackinUK - this is my problem, looking at hybrid Lexus no hatchback hybrid With more power
Has yours dad's car got halogen or LED headlights?
LED DRLs but the CT doesn't get full LED headlights like the IS or RC for example
@@CarsofGlasgow I thought you got LED dipped headlights with one of the packs?
First car review I’ve ever seen where the car being reviewed isn’t driven…
maybe because you watched the first part - check out the other video titled 'road test'
Does it have apple play GPS?
Sadly not no :(
You need subtitles man. Video is good, helped me to make my choice
