If you didn't paid any taxes, you get $0 back even though you paid tuition in 2023.
Learn German . Come to Germany, it’s 1000 times better than Canada. Learning German takes around 6 months and if you clear B1 certification , the success is yours. Do not waste your time by opting for a country where any Tom , Dick and harry can travel and then students are standing outside the queue. Make your own queue. You need good justification if you come too early. You can look for part-time jobs but you can't work until your school officially starts.
