(350 if basement)400-450 for shared room + amenities. 150-200 for (healthy) food. 80-120 for travelling.
It all depends which city you intend to stay. Windsor is lot cheaper than living in Toronto.

50 dollars bill and this include 1000 min international calls

Suppose I am bringing usd and want to deposit in bank will they accept and convert to cad or they will ask me to convert and then to deposit?
You need a bank account opened first. You need to get your account opened by visiting that place and only then you'll get your GIC and only then you can deposit it. Otherwise you can bring a Forex card which works internationally.

What about Plan of chatter ? I researched online and found their prices very competitive. What u say ? Fido is available from india i.e u can get Its sim free from VFS global but I found their plans to be expensive.
