Styling Paste doesn't harden up your hair at all. It's still manageable and moveable. -Eric

You don’t brush your hair at all? I have longer hair too and find that it gets a bit knotty at the ends if I don’t brush it. How do you manage this?
Utility Softener helps minimize knots. If I air-dry my hair, I'll comb it to get the tangles out while the hair's still wet. But if I'm blow drying, that isn't needed. Running my fingers through the hair seems to do the trick. -Eric

what about sunscreen?
I don't wear sunscreen. Instead I try to avoid the sun for long periods of time, especially during the most intense parts of the day. I'll do my walks around 6pm or in the morning when the rays are at their lowest. I also get yearly skin checks to keep an eye on any skin cancers.

Yes, but "soon" is relative. We're currently working on different formulations and the prototypes aren't performing to our expectations. It'll be launched once we feel we have a product that performs excellently. -Eric
