Small tips. If you fold the tulle in to 8 instead of for you could easily get the circle by the first time.
Also you could measure one section and then multiply by the number of layers instead going all around with the tape.

I have a question about sewing the horsehair braid. I'm trying to hem a tulle circle skirt with 4" horsehair and am really struggling. My needle keeps pulling the horsehair into the machine and making the trim bleed/run. I've changed my needle a few time. Any tips? It's my sister's grad dress and I have a tight deadline 😬😬 really getting stressed haha thanks in advance!
