I have ordered the Austral, due in September but looking at this beauty, this is definitely on my list after three years of owning the Austral.

I like the Austral but I like this even more and I see initially it's getting the same engine. It'll be interesting to see how it gets 300hp as I doubt it'll be from the same twin electric motors and 1.2 3 cylinder engine, I imagine it'll be a plug in hybrid. I'm sure neither will be that cheap to buy or insure but I'm definitely interested. It has shades of Peugeot's 408 about it. Will be watching this closely as I have a 7 year old 1.6 diesel Kadjar which I'm planning to upgrade to something else in the future but I'm thinking of keeping it for a while longer until I see whether I can get an Austral or one of these as an ex demo model like my current car and therefore save myself some money too.
The most powerful version will be the PHEV.
It's a really amazing car, best for a family, with a proper performance. If they will give a reasonable price will be a best seller

The panoramic sunroof is exceptional, but what's the point if it can't be opened? Explain why everyone avoids it at presentations to say... The price of 300hp will be €70,000. extremely high
It looks very nice. However, it will all come down to its pricing. If they keep it below 40,000€, it will compete with a lot of 3008s, Tiguans, Q3s and even X3s.
If they go crazy with their price, it will share the same fate as the other Renaults SUVs.
Renault isn't shy about calling this its flagship SUV, so we expect it will carry a higher price.

It's very much chasing after the Peugeot 2007 and 3007
But it's not helping the fact that there's no small and modest sized cars and too many Crossovers Nd SUVs because of short term profitablity.
There’s the Arkana if you want something cheaper. That’s also quite nice.
The Arkana (as mentioned below) is a smaller alternative to this, and also comes as a hybrid.
Price will kill this perfect model. :) Anyway we got Nissan badge :D it helps a lot, plus new skoda models comming Kodiaq, Superb....

The designer came LITTERALY. From Peugeot, no joke, his name is Vidal, he creates the 3008, 5008, 308 ... With Peugeot, & now he's working for Renault 😅

Why can't BMW design vehicles like this. Every new model looks like a Basterdised Chinese knock off of the previous one. Their designers should be sacked.

Nice looks but crapy manufacturer. I have 2023 megane and its pure crap. From electronics, sat nav, android auto, anti colision braking system, all of it is foulty or broken, handsfree system died the other day, now it works fine . rain goes in the cabin, and a lot more issues. Just pure crap.
