My husband's status remained in "Ready" for like two months. Then it went to Administrative Processing for one hour, then it immediately changed to issued. My husband is with me in America now. Ready means that they are still processing your case.

Helo sir , I wish I have listened to this presentation before I went for my Interview after I was given a 221g paper when I submitted my Passport for renewal. I got the first visa with my family in 2016 after which my wife divorced me and got the custodian of the kids ever ever since they have been staying in the US. However when my visa expired I renewed in 2018 and i got it , I have travelled four times, COVID 19 lock down in 2020 denied me of travelling in the year. thus the visa expired. Recently in February it was announced that we can submit for Interview waiver if your visa expired within 24months.I did and was given 221g paper , when I went for the interview , I was asked about my kids though denied but was later confirmed so I was finally refused the visa . and given a 214 blue paper. Please what can I do I need to get my visa again, I havent seen my children in the last 3years.

M ma’am I had applied for my mum immigration, she went for the interview 15 days ago and got approved, they took her passport and told her she can pick it up when it’s ready as they will notify through text or email. But there is no update on it, no text or email and now that I check the visa case status it shows refused and the date shows as June 14 2022. Please reply. Nvc requires some ds 260 form update. Which requires we need to update. And when we can do this I just chocked my nvc status and find out it2. While ceac.state.gov status shows case expiry soon

I went for interview feb 3 2021 ,I was refuse they give 221g and they told me to get my chat for my wife and I and photos with both us and another sponsor with travel evidently they told me not submit it my mail or fax ,they told me as soon I get these documents I should make my appointment ,and my co sponsor have threes kids and she make 36350 dollars will her income be okay

On the day of interview they had collected my passport but now they have returned it back with a letter saying that my case is still under process so is there a chance that i have to wait longer?

From the date u got ur 221g till one year u can drop off your documents . Unless untill u submit those documents and proceed , from their end they will not call .
yes went there to drop off but said that letter will not accept by the embassy and in the month of mar got a mail from the embassy and said that your visa application has been cancelled and reinstate the visa case within one year to pursue the visa process.IR 1 India

I went for interview feb 3 2021 ,I was refuse they give 221g and they told me to get my chat for my wife and I and photos with both us and another sponsor with travel evidently they told me not submit it my mail or fax ,they told me as soon I get these documents I should make my appointment ,and my co sponsor have threes kids and she make 36350 dollars will her income be okay
