That wire mesh is the same stuff I used in my patio at my old house in Vegas. I was there for an additional 4 years after that, and I didn't have one crack in it. Had some help from friends. Was pretty proud
I like how smooth it looks, it's not very often I get to see a surface being power trowelled that many times. It's also pretty nice a lot of heavy duty tools are going electric because being able to use them indoors easily has been a blessing and also their lower maintenance is great.
For some reason these videos are quite soothing. I know I'll never do this type of work but its just so fun to watch. Sometimes I'll take a nap while listening to the narration. hah.
A treat looks like a safety meeting must have taken place before the pour safety first we always have a safety meeting before every job to remain sure everybody’s safe
@@OdellCompleteConcrete dang. So instead of that which would you recommend? Looking at Marshalltown they have 100% horsehair and a 100% poly, and a 100% nylon it looks like. Thanks
What do I do to relax. 3 things, have a beer, listen to some pink Floyd and watch Odell lay concrete, I find it so watchable….regards from central England.

Great work! Where did you purchase your 50% Horsehair / 50% Nylon broom? Seems hard to find one even online?

Is it smart to put a foam expansion gap between these pours?
I'm not suggesting a mistake, I'm asking for a lesson.
I have dowells , so it would defeat the purpose
😎
👍👍
Can you do a video on estimates ? Why does this cost ?? 100 grand ?
You could offer a paid subscription for these kinds of instructional videos.
Good idea
💯✔️👍🏾
First 👍
Yes you are!
wondering how much more concrete work he going to do on his property or is this it for concrete.
I'm anticipating a building foundation and another driveway
15:23 woman flashing 😀

Your screed board was leaving it pretty rough.
chef trying to hide that baby roach.
Yes sir
I suspect your concrete work goes beyond the comp value of the neighborhood. But if it's your owm property I guess it all works out in the wash.
