  • Jimmy McCulloch performs his then unreleased song Too Many Miles with Blue for a John Peel radio session on August 23rd, 1973.
    Too Many Miles would remain unreleased until the fall of 1976 when it was the B side of the Call My Name single by Jimmy's band White Line.

    He should have stayed long enough to be a full member in Blue for their debut. Little Jody is great and having this on the album would have been awesome. Though if he had stayed, then maybe he wouldn't have gone on with Wings. Some food for thought...

      Their debut album was recorded before Jimmy joined and was released while he was in the group. Lots of food for thought in terms of Jimmy's career that's for sure.
