They say we spend money but the owners take £100 million a year out of us and look at us as a cash making vehicle. The pattern at United is familiar, new coach, but 5-6 new players with 1 or 2 big established names and overpay for some randoms. Team does well and looks like we might build on it. UCL money comes in. But we spend nothing and figure the team is good enough (not understanding the sport at all) and next year performance plummets, sack manager, crisis talks, rinse and repeat. SJR has to break this cycle wether with or without ETH. Invest in the facilities, aim to be the best possible team every single year and success will return.
