Bro, is the first call of duty that took 4 years to be done 💀 and looks the same as Cold war, If Activision was able to launch MW2019 with less time, which made a huge graphical leap from what we saw before and also innovated a lot in its gameplay, this was like taking 1000 steps back, and even though it is beta, it will not change almost anything on its release date, which is in October (Basically a month 💀💀💀), and this is not hate but come on, they are able to do much more but they don't want to because they know the community will still buy it, even if it's not worth it.

I haven't played call of duty since mw2019, the fact that they keep using the same maps over and over, i truly cant tell which game is which sometimes. Call of duty games used to each have distinct aesthetics but now it seems they're going for photorealistic for all of them
It's because the devs make this game from the perspective of 4k+HDR. Flip on HDR and you'll see the issues you mention fade away somewhat. Meanwhile these games look washed out in SDR

@@contra5975MW3 is significantly blurrier due to the TAA they use. BO6 uses less aggressive AA and theres more bump maps on certain textures in BO6 giving more depth. MW3 looked flat in a lot of areas and smudgier. On top of that ambient occlusion on MW3 looked awful. Certain maps the textures for walls looked really off. BO6 has the better art direction by far
The issue here being is that they are using IW engine now so they have access to all the shit IW have yet it still somehow worse, its like they looked at the engine, and just ignored 90% of the toolset.

I think most people understand tht COD has changed and comparing B06 and B01 doesn't mean much because of how long it has been. I think most people have issues with the new formula COD has adopted, where they use the same modern warfare engine, graphics, gameplay loops, etc. I compare it to when advanced warfare, bo3, and infinite warfare came out; when people didn't want the "boots on the ground" movement/gameplay. A lot of the people who hate COD now loved it back then and want it to return to that formula, but these people are no longer the prime demographic. If you enjoy the game you enjoy the game, if you don't you don't.
Last one I played was Black Ops 3, and this looks amazing compared to that. Call of Duty fans are truly never happy. I see why I took a break from the series.
Yeah, people keep saying betas are similar to the release build, but that's not true all the time. This beta is missing lighting details, especially on character models and guns. I remember the MWIII beta was missing car suspension when you climb on them or changes to the Favela map lighting. And one of the guns had an unfinished inspect animation which was fixed at release.

The textures are supposed to load in gradually, starting at a low resolution and increasing to a higher one, it's called texture fade in or something like that, but it's probably just not working correctly. When you load the game the first time the textures are fine, but as you continue going through games it happens so it's probably a bug
I personally don't care about the graphics. My biggest issue with modern CODs is that they have stopped using real gun names and because of that, some of them look God damn awful, like the G3 and MP5.

I once dive shot an enemy with the M203. Another time, I shot an M203 into the water and got an enemy- when the 40mm hit the bottom of the pool. Crazy! And it’s all in the beta!

If you shoot the coffee machine in the kitchen it will pour coffee from the tip I know this happens in MW2 & 3, but I haven’t tested it in Bo6, although I’m 99% sure it will also happen.
The lighting is very bright and colorful in bo6 but mw3 just reminds me of a source engine game without any shading. I still think that Advanced Warfare, MW19, and Cold War had better graphics and lighting. The contrast levels in BO6 and MW3 have been blown out and everything looks like one of those flashbacks from a dream works movie with this white haze. Might need to lower the brightness a bit. Compared to Cold War, graphics and animations are a step up again from the usual. Glad to see they’re still making games in their slightly cartoonish style.
People don’t get that the whole point of black ops is to give almost a more grungy vibe,hence why everyones is highlighted black, modern warfare games go for that big cinematic almost look. Which is why modern warfare games look better, more clean. I guarantee the black ops zombies mode will be better than mw3 zombies just based on aesthetics
Hate it or love it, there is no franchise better than COD. Every year the community receives a new game with new mechanics, maps and guns. When like Battlefield you get a game every 2 3 years where if the new game sucks the community is damned to play the older releases and only pray they receive something good next time. People give COD shit without appreciating how healthy the franchise actually is despite all the flaws the recent games have.
Releasing once in every 2 year with 2 year support for their previous game is the correct way. Annual cycle will cause too much saturation and recycling. Before 2020, BF did it correctly. But today Bf cant do it anymore.

Graphics wise it doesn’t look bad, I just don’t like the lack of details Call Of Duty has been plagued with for a while now. I know it’s an apples to oranges comparison but the details in BF1 are what made the game for me. COD puts a lot of details into the gun animations but then the water, environmental destruction, footprints, takedown animations etc. all look like a crap and also a reskin of the past three games. I want something that shows whatever studio that made the game put their heart and sincere passion into the game.
I know my opinion is not going to be the best but I just want to remember that the Black Ops saga focuses more on arcade, not so much on realism as Morden Warfare is.

Another time, I shot an M203 into the water and got an enemy- when the 40mm hit the bottom of the pool.

Well the truth is that even BO6 has a lot of stuff taken from MWII, obviously with BO6, it's nowhere near as bad as MWIII considering that they almost changed nothing from MWII to III but it's still not a game made from a ground up, like for example MW2019.

The lighting is very bright and colorful in bo6 but mw3 just reminds me of a source engine game without any shading. I still think that Advanced Warfare, MW19, and Cold War had better graphics and lighting. The contrast levels in BO6 and MW3 have been blown out and everything looks like one of those flashbacks from a dream works movie with this white haze. Might need to lower the brightness a bit. Compared to Cold War, graphics and animations are a step up again from the usual. Glad to see they’re still making games in their slightly cartoonish style.
They downgrade the graphics because reduce the storage. And they add meny maps and gun camos. And also they focused in warzone

People don’t get that the whole point of black ops is to give almost a more grungy vibe,hence why everyones is highlighted black, modern warfare games go for that big cinematic almost look. Which is why modern warfare games look better, more clean. I guarantee the black ops zombies mode will be better than mw3 zombies just based on aesthetics

Hate it or love it, there is no franchise better than COD. Every year the community receives a new game with new mechanics, maps and guns. When like Battlefield you get a game every 2 3 years where if the new game sucks the community is damned to play the older releases and only pray they receive something good next time. People give COD shit without appreciating how healthy the franchise actually is despite all the flaws the recent games have.

Releasing once in every 2 year with 2 year support for their previous game is the correct way. Annual cycle will cause too much saturation and recycling. Before 2020, BF did it correctly. But today Bf cant do it anymore.

Remember this is a beta I remember that in mw3 beta the graphics and colors looked not at all polished when the game came out it improved a lot and gives the same sensation with the bo6 beta the difference I see is that bo6 looks like when it comes out it will do much better in graphics than mw3 especially in the colors

•MWIII : Successor from MWII, SHG do a great job here in 16 months they make a good multiplayer experience. Grab another $100 from the community for a better game experience. LOL
•BO6 : 4 years Development this game not disappointing.
Mw2019 had the Best Ground war mulitplayer experience it was almost as good as battlefield and not dumbed down for all the community with no brains.

This is in their own engine. Obviously things look different compared to their other games.
Graphics wise it doesn’t look bad, I just don’t like the lack of details Call Of Duty has been plagued with for a while now. I know it’s an apples to oranges comparison but the details in BF1 are what made the game for me. COD puts a lot of details into the gun animations but then the water, environmental destruction, footprints, takedown animations etc. all look like a crap and also a reskin of the past three games.
I want something that shows whatever studio that made the game put their heart and sincere passion into the game.
Why are the beta graphics being compared to a fully released and still up to date game???

I know my opinion is not going to be the best but I just want to remember that the Black Ops saga focuses more on arcade, not so much on realism as Morden Warfare is.

Idk how BO6 looks good? I immediately noticed the visual downgrade as soon as I opened up the Beta. The game looks and feels more like XDefiant than COD
apart from a few details what a graphical regression. we see that the publisher is developing two games at the same time instead of focusing on one. It's really bullshit and that's without counting the cheaters already present in the beta

I stopped playing Call of Duty after Modern Warfare 2. You pay for a year of battle pass and skins from the shop, only to move on to the next one the following year and be left with nothing. Money wasted for nothing.
Treyarch has always fell behind of the graphics department. However they always had fantastic art style in their games. Too bad black ops 6 doesn’t really capture you artistically at the moment.
