Best and quickest drill sharpener, Drill Doctor 750X

This is a video on the drill doctor 750 X. I've looked at these for many a year and put off buying one because of the cost, but the new drill bits that you can buy nowadays not as good as they used to be.
So now I have the drill doctor I can sharpen my drill bits as you always find your drill bits to be blunt when you need the most.
If you can warrant the cost of buying this item I can fully recommend it.

One of the other pluses of the drill doctor is that when you snap a bit off you can take the broken stub, rough grind it to shape on a bench grinder, and then sharpen it properly and make a specialized short bit for use in low clearance jobs. I've had mine for years and love it!

You convinced me to buy one. Also, thank you for the image and explanation of "split point", I was getting it confused with "step point/pilot point" bits.
