I have been using this headphone since 2020 and now I'm finally buying hyperx cloud core 7.1
This headphone served me well. CB software is very bad in general but equinox europa's software was a lot better than their flagship hp phobos.
The headphone still works really well. The moving RGB sometimes gets stuck and i have to reset it. The fake leather on the earcup cushion has wornout a lot, also same on the headband. It's looks bad now but it happens even on headphones like cloud core so it's okay. The control panel in the wire used to heat up a lot and the 7.1 automatically kept turning off sometimes but I haven't faced this issue in a long time honestly and idk why it is fixed now. Overall if you are getting good discount or whatever it is a good buy in this day but I think there are many other options available too at this price now so browse a little and buy whichever you like! Oh yes and the sound in music and movies is not that great but in games with the 7.1 on it is better than hyperx cloud stinger, Corsair hs50 pro, coolermaster ch321, they are good headphones in general but in gaming they suck as I could never tell footsteps direction with those lol!
I have Europa from 2020 as well, but the cushion is worn out completely, only fabric is left, which gets wet on long sessions. Also, i have a feeling that i can't hear footsteps that well. Might be my piece is going to die soo.

Main personally yeh headphones use karta hoon... iss headphone ki sari features ekdum op hain no doubt lekin jab main iska wo dedicated 7.1 wala mode on karta hoon to sound thori ajib ho jati hain....otherwise agar aap isse bina uss 7.1 wala mode ke bina use karoge na to bhai iske dual drivers ekdum op sound nikal ke aap ko dete hain....

Is Headphone ka koi jabab nhi , im using this headphone from 1 year , but after using this headphone i can say only one disadvantage that , it is not the headphone for them who will use this for around 5 to 6 hrs , because it is little heavy , otherwise it is awesome 🔥❤️😍
My long term experience with the headphone:
Good part is already covered in the video and I totally agree with him good things are too good. I personally ordered it for its design loved it at the first sight.
I'll basically talk about the negatives
Most annoying thing is its driver software, its broke. You can't use all the RGB patterns if you chose to use the app. Once you open the app the, RGB lights just choke up, the most eyecatching effect that you can see in the video the flashy one, it just gets too laggy, so you change to a smoother wavy pattern.
Build quality: Perfect, except for the fact that The metal arch is so thin that even with a hit from your finger it goes ringing, significantly spoiling your mood and makes it feel cheaper in build quality which is not the case.
Second thing is that its cushions start too peel to soon about 6 months later you start noticing the flaking. But with a little too hardwork you manage to clean all the peels and the fabric inside is good in looks and feel. Once you are are done with the pads, rubbery material on the top of head cushions with the Cosmic Byte branding starts flaking. I had to use the black wiring tape to cover it but believe me the colour is such a match no one really notices.
You cant use dolby atmos for headphones in windows 11, at least with me this is the case, tried every possible way to get it fixed but no luck.

The Customer care service of cosmic Byte is very bad. I had applied for warrenty claim for my 'cosmic byte interseller wired gamepad' (due to the left trigger stopped working). They took 6 days accept it. And within two weeks product got picked and reached to them. After 11 days, due to not getting any further update, I contacted their customer service centre then they told me the product is out of stock, i have to wait for another 40 to 60 days.
