- THIS IS HOW I GOT THE ACHIEVEMENTS IN NUCLEAR THRONE
Nuclear Throne is seriously one of my favourite Roguelikes ever! I recommend it to everybody, especially at its price point. Just don't be pressured to get the UNSTOPPABLE Achievement... ok? This game has a huge modding scene too and I've been itching to try some out, maybe with co-op. Might do a video on that, we'll see!
To combat my slower upload speeds, I decided it might be a good idea to make more videos that take a lesser amount of time. That way I could cover a wider scope of games that I've been wanting to and I could also show off some of the other games you guys have been suggesting.
Overall, 9.5/10 Game, 9.5/10 Achievements (Achievements required you to play every character, and do different and unique things).

all i have left is all crowns. one of my favorite games of all time. so fun and well designed. love the lore. everything hurts took a little while, but was fun.

I have been slowly whittling away at these achievements this year and I gotta say, your skill and commitment is insane to see! Even though I have invested so many hours I still haven't gotten super far in a loop (2-1 is my unfortunate PB). I do absolutely agree getting crowns and trying to 100% the game is a massive time sink, but I want that platinum trophy so a grind is is a grind. If you do ever try going for the 100% I highly recommend doing weeklies that have loop crowns as it has helped me tremendously for Melting alone. I might just have to grind this game until the end of the year just to see how far, specifically how many more hours, I can sink into these achievements. Fantastic work none the less and can't wait to see what games you play next!

Just found your channel! Nuclear throne was my first indie roguelike that started me on my path of loving a lot more indie roguelikes, there's some fond memories to that time in my life :)
Would be cool to see you tackle the recent Risk of Rain remake, it's a really good one. The achievements are challenging but doable, I'm most of the way there myself.

With Crown of Hatred, you can repeatedly open the Proto Chest in the 1-2 L1 Crown Vault as Skeleton to farm rads until you reach Level Ultra. You just have to keep a Guardian alive so you can farm its orbs for health.

Getting the Golden Nuke Launcher was particularly hard for me because the drop was bugged for a while, and I just didn't know. In the end I had to go all the way to the 7-2 vault to get it, which in Hard Mode is not exactly easy. But it proved invaluable for Unstoppable. Whereas Ultra Mutant was long but not that bad, I just farmed the Captain for crowns.
you have to play 4:3 with 60fps cap so you get no advantage over other players......these indie developers man.....i love them

I disagree with the sentiment that Skeleton's ability is awful and not worth using, you just need some good weapons and consistent health intake. The ability to absolutely decimate levels with a super plasma cannon for the cost of one health per shot instead of half your ammo can't be sold short. Throw in trigger fingers or throne butt, and you've got an unstoppable build. You can do the same with fish's gun warrant as well.
Yea exactly that's why I think skeleton is one of the top tier characters.. he suck at first but his amazing on the long run
Run Bloodthirtsty, Radiation Hunger and Rabbit’s Foot and you’re basically set
Blood lust, strong spirit and trigger finger is really all what you need

Stop, did you use the same gun gun method to get good radiance achievement? I thought it was patched
@@cup_of_tea_in_grams Yeah, you use Crown of Guns on Y.V. and get to 1-2 on a Loop before getting Level Ultra and it has a chance, from what I heard around 50% to spawn from one of the two big gun chests. Then store it in the 3-2 Crown Vault. Then Robot on Hard Mode with any non-CoG crown and there you go. Got lucky and got Nuke Launcher within ten shots, definitely common enough to grind for Nuke Launcher. That weapon carried my Melting and Rogue grinds

Anyway hard mode is so cancerous and random based, there's no different ways to grind Gnl
Little Hunter has three potential attacks. He can fly in the air and dive bomb you, shoot his bouncer shotgun or spawn IDPD. The first and last open more area and can be played with for resources, the shotgun is actually hell.

Congratulations, I would ilke to see you 100% Revita or Skul: The Hero Slayer.
This will always be my go-to game if I can't make up my mind while scrolling through the list. However, Revita has recently become my 2nd favorite, replacing Atomicrops and Isaac.

They didn’t discontinue dailies , it was just damn near impossible to get them working on Xbox so they didn’t , most other versions still have a daily

I know you don't usually play games like this but you have to try samurai gunn 2! its really fun but no achievements :( (and also a party game) also for the sitting on the throne headless as chicken you could have killed yourself with the bomb weapon you have.
You forgor to mention that in levels there are also gift chests and big medkits

@@SUPERLEAF002 i mean yeah theres sometimes a lot of bullets on screen, but unlike most bullet hells, you can get rid of them with melee weapons or if your playing as crystal, just shield.

Achievement requires Golden Nuke Gun or Disc Gun, not Bazooka.

I have a challenge for you, try to 100% tboi (The Binding of Isaac)... I dare you. You'll hate it
The good riddance achievement to get the golden disk launcher or nuke launcher from what i know has been bugged ever since update 99r1 hit steam which was years ago.
Before this you could get this gun normally by simply playing on hard mode and it would start to spawn rarely but naturally after crystal caves. None of this faff having to use the gun gun to find it.
This was never the intented method for the achievement, sadly it got bugged in the final update and the devs never bothered to fix it before abandoning the project.

It's funny to know that this game was launched a year prior to ETG so it's more accurate to say that ETG took what NT did well but made it better and far more balanced
The bounty hunter is by far the biggest difficulty spike and it is so BS
If he sees you, he spams all the area with lingering bullets
If he doesn't, he teleports to you.
If he dies, he can randomly fly towards you and insta kill you.
And all the while spawning more enemies to make you waste ammo and use as meat shields.
Without mentioning he is very tanky and elusive.
By far the worst part of the game.
If you reach high amount of subscribers like 100k i beg do tboi

Too bad the developers of the game had a meltdown and refuses to do anything with the IP. Good game, terrible cringe developers
That is such an unusual description of "years after the game was finished and released the two people who created the game stopped working with one another for personal reasons, and moved on to smaller projects". I'm not sure what the problem is, these kinds of things happen, and besides, the game still sees optimization patches every once in a while, so it isn't like its been abandoned.
