I was looking for this tutorial but no one taught it good enough. Your tutorial was the best and so clear. I’ve learnt how to do it and I’m so happy! Thank you so much 😊
Thanks bro! I was having a hard time figuring out why the text input gets selected as I was trying to work on the control points! Appreciate the video!
Yep- I was having the same issue as you & that's what I came looking for! I didn't even think that the Position tool would let me draw the mask. Thanks!!
For anyone interested based off the time on the computer he started masking at around 3:58 and finished at around 4:07 - so you’ve got around 9 or 10 minutes of control point key framing to creative this effect :)
Thanks Marcus..... I recently saw a similar video but what happened in that as the camera panned in the actual text became bigger it looked pretty cool. Can you do a similar vid on that technique ( I presume it involves masking too?).

How I can have large area of text on screen that is being narrated by a character and while still seeing a blurred image of the narrator through the text?
Can someone please help me? I just followed along and thought I was doing everything right but when I played it nothing changed. I really don't know what to do and I'm starting to want to give up because I've been redoing this for over an hour.

Marcos, if you have Motion, could you use Motion Track to anchor a mask to the wheel (and avoid making all of those keyframes)?

Thank you
Thank you sir, what if you manage the text stays behind the bike steadily, is there a way to do that?
Very cool!!!
You can select multiple mask points by simply selecting them by click (and hold ) and dragging the mouse over the preferred ones :)
Brilliant. I’ll try this out tonight. Thanks 🙏
