Miko is Ei oldest friend, and Ei shared with her almost everything about the past cataclysm of 500 years ago. Probably what she meant by that comment of a "bigger war" is, "what if another cataclysm and another abyss invasion comes to pass?". During the cataclysm it was not only celestial vs Khaenri'ah.
During the moment where the archons were out fighting in Khaenri'ah, the abyss decided also to attack the nations, in Liyue battle happened in the chasm and it's also where the the Electro Yaksha, Bosacius fell by sealing the chasm surface.
Around everywhere in Inazuma also armies of the abyss appeared in which even some of Ei's friend got corrupted and fought her, Inazuma got ultimately saved by Makoto's seed sent back in time to save Inazuma thanks to the thunder sakura.
Everywhere in the desert of sumeru too, The Tunig Hollow is a direct manifestation of the abyss and it's also where the former hydro archon, Egeria fell,
In Mondstadt there was no armies from the Abyss but only Durin the black Dragon attacked, and to repel it Dvalin fought it and got poisoned and this also makes many question, Rhinedottir, Albedo's creator, is she aligned with the abyss? or did she sent Durin attack Mondstadt and Elynas attack Fontaine out of revenge for Celestia having destroyed Khaenri'ah. Maybe Rhinedottir could even be the queen of the abyss... i mean our sibling is the princess/prince, so if there's a prince/princess there could also be a queen and a king.
For short there's still too many unsolved mysteries about the Cataclysm for us to have a 100% accurate answer.
So we can speculate that her question is about what if another event like this from 500 years ago would happen again. For which Miko's final answer is that she's sure that everyone present in the festival (including people from Watatsumi island) will choose to fight by her side to protect Inazuma.

@@Fordrake21 i know this fact, but what i mean is in the future there is going to some big war thats going to take place, which might be bigger than the cataclysm. remember how nuvilette said natlan is a country where wars are going on eternally. and when we reach natlan, the fatui will have all 7 gnosis. we also learned that gnosis were created from remnants of a decender. also natlan's prologue chapter name is 'INCANDECENT ODE TO RESURRECTION'. resurrection, who will be ressurected? is it the fallen decender? or the pyro archon? or Signora? we have many answers to learn in natlan. also third decender is NOT our sibling because nahida (i think) told us that player is 4th decender and the sibling is not.
i have a theory that our sibling died during cataclysm and was reborn as teyvatian. with a vision (maybe). and traveller is not from teyvat which means they dont have to obey the laws of teyvat. but the sibling does. (if my theory that he/she died and was reborn) then they might not be able to escape teyvat. so they are on the mission to change the laws of teyvat. so that they can leave this place. also i think minsleif had a video where she said teyvat is 2 worlds and we are in the bottom one. thats why in the abyss we are progressing up the floors, not down. we are going above the teyvat.
