I liked the foamy incoming wave shot. I could feel myself running away from it! And the lake shots - oh my. I'm glad you included them even without video. I don't mind voice over sections at all as I think it adds variety, story and 'polish' to the vlog.

Thanks so much Juanita - that's very kind of you indeed 🙏 Yes, it was actually good fun getting the little wave shot - not something I've really done before. Those lake shots - isn't it funny how you can go somewhere with no expectations at all and it became the highlight of the entire trip. Lakes Entrance sure delivered! Thanks for watching 👍👍

Wow! You really got some amazing shots! I loved the ones with the jetty, but my favourite was the one with the lonely plant, it looked like it was flying! 👍🧡🌱

Aaah thanks so much Fanny - yes that little plant was quite the character and just asking to have his photo taken 😉 All the best and thanks for watching 👍🏻

Simply amazing photos as always mate 👌🏻 The skies just lit up perfectly for you on all the sunrise and sunsets. The lake photos with the perfect reflections were ones to place in the portfolio thats for sure 🥰👍
As always, thanks for the time and effort you put into making these wonderful vlogs and for taking us all along with you on your trips 🙏🏻 It wont be long before you hit the 3000 subs seeing you just smashed the 2000 subs. Well deserved Brian 👍👍

Many thanks Shane - that's very kind of you 🙏 Yes those Lake shots were totally unplanned too. We had a quick look at the forecast the previous evening and it looked like there may be some high cloud around. Then there was the usual frenzy of jumping on Google maps to find a place to capture it all. Thankfully it worked out 😉 All the best and thanks for watching 👍👍

You certainly know how to capture the sunrises! Another great video of you sharing what you love 📷 Thank you for displaying the settings but could you perhaps mention your lens too.

Many thanks Kylie 🙏 Yes, it's a good question actually - all of the shots in this video were taken on my 16-35mm f/2.8 lens. It has become my 'go to' lens for most of the landscape shots you'll see in the videos 😉 Take care and thanks for watching 👍

Ah there it is! I wondered when you would show us the Lakes Entrance sunrise you got Brian. I remembered it from your shot of the year video at the end of last year. It doesn't get any better mate, well done. I really liked your sunset shot at the creek too. Keep it up mate, looking forward to the next one,

Ha ha - great memory work there Bob 😀 Yes, I included a little teaser to that shot in the December video 😉 As I said in the video, unfortunately I couldn't really run the video camera as I was standing right on the edge of someone's waterfront property. I figured that the peaceful approach was the better choice (plus I didn't want to wake them up at 5 in the morning with me chatting to a camera!) All the best and thanks for watching 👍👍

As you said Brian you can only work with what you got but there is nothing like human footsteps to ruin a shot eh. Was not a lot to work with but boy the sky looked after you alright, great colours as always Brian.

Ha ha, yes it's true - it does kind of irk me a little to have to include footsteps in a beach shot but I sure wasn't getting the broom out, ha ha 😀😀 I didn't have the time or the patience to take them out in PS either so in they went 😉 All the best and thanks for watching 👍👍
