My grandfather was a U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander TBM Avenger pilot in the Uninvited Squadron on the USS Wasp in the South Pacific in World War II from Missouri.
@@floridatabdigger3104 I had something happen to me in May 1992 when I was 16 on exchange to Mosbach and Dresden Germany and Prague Czechoslovakia during the May 1992 Siege of Sarajevo and do not remember exactly what happened because of a head injury and military police covering it up. Right wing extremism infiltrating the military is dangerous and the military has a habit of covering up military assaults and war crimes. I have my B.A. in Biology and Foreign Languages (German/Russian) and M.S. in Biology (Microbiology) from New Mexico State University, but my dissertation research was stolen without payment or credit.
I have been fortunate to ride in both. The DC-3s frequently, and the DC-9 was back in the 70s as a kid flying from Fort Myers to Kansas. Thanks for commenting!
