@@MD_ENTERTAINMENT That is a very intelligent question to ask. Tivoli is a product of the Cold War between Russia (formerly USSR) and the NATO-allied USA. Edward Seaga built Tivoli with CIA funds. Similar videos can be found about the Vietnam War. This was a propaganda video about how America is about "development". They created an uncontrollable monster in Tivoli, by design.

Seaga was a visionary and because they couldn't do what he did, they chose to destroy it. This was designed as a model for the poor in Jamaica. If all innercity communities were built like this, we would not have gone through the crime hell that we did
