What do you think about bulking and cutting. When do you think one should stop bulking and begin to cut, if you think they have any value. Big fan, props
👉🏻 For triceps workout, do you need EZ bar or dumbbells which get the job done equally? Which will have more stimulus on triceps, what is the difference between using a barbell for isolation exercises like curls and extensions compared to that of dumbbells??
Im not sure why people are asking you about kboges because you two train very different. he does daily full body (mainly) calisthenics with an emphasis on accessability and making being consistent easy. he has a youtube channel and i think its very useful personally. ill do a "kboges style workout" if im pressed for time and do my longer and heavier workouts when i do.
Since this is football weekend im wondering if you would train every position in football the same or would you alter your programs slightly for a given position on the field?
Recently read a hot take arguing that administering plyos is completely meaningless for high-level athletes that accumulate significant sprint, agility and jump exposure in their sport. It further argued that resistance training is the only stimulus capable of changing an experienced athlete's structure / morphology, neural inhibitions and overall output. Would be grateful if you could share your thoughts on this. Also, I've noticed that I objectively perform my sprints better at the end of a really tough workout in spite of mental fatigue and some muscle soreness. Will this render the same adaptations as performing the sprints in a fresh and more mentally-wired state?
Not that it's impossible to tell a difference without it, but are you timing the sprints? I usually do mine before a lower body lift, it helps warm me up and then I'm not doing the sprints in a fatigued state.
Is the Jared Bidne debate/discussion ever going to be uploaded? Bill Hartman has a great video on how box squats influence pelvic diaphragm which might explain why Bidne gets results with it: ruclips.net/video/SXvujiF7gVg/видео.htmlsi=qhrJ--Jge-IRKVxd . Would love to hear your take on it.
I think the main distinguishing factor in how its referenced generally is the bar coming off the floor for each rep. I think most people would refer to what Will's doing as a Pendlay row, maybe a variation of Pendlay row.
Will being a shorts all winter guy makes total sense.
yeah his muscle coat likely does the job
"I dont wear pants". Got it.
density sets with a training partner is golden
Question- I'm 55, when YOU turn 50 What Moves, exercises, etc. will still be in your sessions for strength health agility etc ? Ty
He mainly avoids such “aging” questions.
Hes probably doing what he considers to be "optimal"/fun right now. I imagine he will do those as long as he can and only adjust as needed.

How do you choose which type of set structure you do for exercises in a session? Ex density sets, traditional sets x reps, amraps etc. Thanks
It's game over for the mirror if that cable attachment gets to swinging like they tend to do in my experience.
you can clearly tell ohp works the upper chest
Eu sempre tive essa ideia e noto que sim, a parte superior do peito é bastante utilizada com ohp
press with a sandbag to further work the upper chest. you HAVE to lay back more or the bag wont clear your chin.

Thoughts on drop/catch training for athleticism? And do you or did you ever implement isometrics?
Since this is football weekend im wondering if you would train every position in football the same or would you alter your programs slightly for a given position on the field?

You could make the same argument for any sport quality. Flexibility, cardio, strength, etc.
How big are your arms? (Cold, no pump)
You're peeled right now dude. Looking sick.
Only will doesnt wear pants in North Dakota 😂😂😂😂

why only partial range military press? you have a strong C&J so I know it was obviously intentional, but what's your intention with it?
You only really need to go below the chin, no real benefits in touching the chest with it because the tension stays on your shoulders
i believe glen advocates for a constant, flat back angle when doing rows. youre certainly doing rows, but i wouldnt call them pendlay rows.

Glen doesn't advocate for anything, he's dead.
That is absolutely how a Pendlay is supposed to be done.
If you guys just search up pendlay row, Glen explains it himself and he's very clear. Row however you want. Idgaf
@@kylebeng lmao the form police are here, and they're unarmed.
