The only thing I hate about this house is --I DON’T LIVE IN IT❕😍
I would fly there with just my purse. I purchase a new car to have it delivered. Purchase new clothes and shoes for the closet (and I a closet connoisseur this one meets my full approval). Closets must meet the fabulousity of the home❕California Closets are a must. I think I saw dishes, if not new dishes too! And have the groceries delivered.

I love everything about this Modern Estate tons of steel and glass went into this project,
the car rinse feature, the pocket doors when you pull one they both close, the glass pocket doors
the massive garage and car port for xtra cars, BUT... BUT one thing and it's the bathroom that was only plumb
for 40 million dollars I'm not coming in to finish NOTHING it should already be done Now back to my likes, the
kitchen with the hydraulic upper cabinets, the appliances all hidden. Lots of bedrooms and baths for entertaining
family and friends and I like the privacy of how they were laid out. The bathrooms with the toilets and vanites off the wall
for easy cleaning underneath. Heated floors everywhere. Tons of natural light and MOST of all the DAMN place is FURNISHED
every piece of furniture may not be your taste but thats something you don't have to deal with right away. Just bring your
own bedding. There is only one other place in Colorado that beats this but it cost 75 million. This is my number 2.

This is Vail Colorado, this house sits on the market because when people come to their second home in Colorado they want a rustic mountain feel. I have no clue why these builders tear down beautiful mountain home to build an L.A. mansion. This will sit on the market for years to come.
Give me a couple of years to become an adult then a little more to become rich then I will buy this house idc what it takes this is my dream
