    I absolutely loved reading and listening to these for the first time. So much information and a bit of references and foreshadowing.
    The Island of Lorn is probably where the Thrax Grineer ghosts come from.
    The finger in The Galleria was probably The Man in the Wall.
    The other stranger in Scholar’s Landing is probably Albrecht Entrati.
    The Rain of Chains in Watcher’s Island was definitely caused by us freeing Rell in Chains of Harrow and we partially freed The Man in the Wall by the sound of it.
    The figures in The Doll Mausoleum were probably modeled after either the Operators or the children of the Zariman who died in Drifter’s timeline.
    The Hollow Children in The Caves of Academe sounds like The Man in the Wall doing his usual creepy thing he does with us sometimes in our orbiters.
    The blood in The Bleeding Earth sounds like a flood of Kuva.

    Here is something I had noticed today: Since the launch of Duviri I had been playing warframe in almost like 1.5 year. I stopped playing like 3 weeks or so after the NEW WAR. So me coming back I have noticed a lot of things. New things to discover, but also old bugs and what not.
    One such thing that I had noticed is that the Zariman 10-0 has a brighter flow of void light, compared to the VOID it self. Like the tear made during the jump has a stronger connection to the void than what's known as the void it self. -THIS MAY BE A DESIGN CHOICE- But that same faint void light is also present in the cabin where TENNO lies in the ORBITOR. And it's projecting a brain, like clueing that the VOID is sentient.
    Another thing I had noticed and I wished this was in the story of Ballas before they killed him, is even with the power of the Sententient Queen, Narmer and what not, he never went to or for the TAU system or we haven't explored to the extent of his power yet in the story.
    Duviri is missing a part. We only explored THRAX and that part of the island, but there is still the tear in the sky where the Z10-0 is parked. and the otherside.
    Speak of Z10-0, there is also another thing that's never mentioned, we can see the other (Duviri), when we go to the Z10-0. But in game it's never mentioned to be cannon nor that any attempt was / described.
    On a second note. The HELMINTH in the ORBITOR uttered that only just a part of it has been recovered. So there is much more that we haven't seen yet. But the only clue about the helminth that we had so far in the came from LAPHANTHIS and the Vitruvian. And the Vitruvian doesn't note anything about the rest of the HELMINTH. But this could be due to BALLAS, not sharing every OROKIN secret with HUNHOW, just enough so that they could form their alliance. This also notes the cunningness of Ballas.
    On a third. Have you noticed that DUVIRI looks like the inside of the Z10-0? There is a strange resemblance and I'm not hinting at the OROKIN origin, because we have seen many places in game like that. But more so for example 09:51 That place reminds me of place in the Z10-0 where you can apply for bounties. There are other places in Duviri with this resemblance also.
    I hope the other part of the DUVIRI update gives more answers and let us explore the area near the Z10-0.

    • @AGrumpyPanda
      @AGrumpyPanda Год назад +5

      Ballas was trying to get to Tau, we stopped him. He had all the power and resources necessary to get there, we just killed him before he could do it.
      As to why so much of Duviri resembles the Zariman, it was at least partially made whole-cloth from the emotions and memory of the Drifter, so naturally it's going to resemble the Zariman.

    The Doll Mausoleum. A place of tiny coffins holding miniature humans with brightly coloured hair, wearing one piece hooded suits of leather.
    "One piece Hooded suits of leather" sounds like Zariman default transference suits. Was this island a manifestation of the original Somatic Link set up on Lua? Miniature coffins in place of child sized cryopods?
    Which raises an interesting question, how much of Duviri has been destroyed by the Man in the Wall, and how much of it has been destroyed by the actions of the Operator becoming stronger?

    • @TacticalPotato

    I wonder if the last island to be cast off (the one with the Bleeding Earth) is the one we'll get with Kullervo. The ending of that story SCREAMS betrayal to me, and Kullervo is supposed to be a betrayal themed Warframe. Maybe he fought to keep the island from being detached, only to be stabbed a hundred times over and left for dead on the island as it was set adrift into the Void.
    On a different note, I wonder if we'll eventually see a Duviri Lotus at some point. She also got sucked into the void in TNW, and it was her hand that helped us break free of the cycle. Who's to say that the rest of her didn't land somewhere else?

    The lab was actually a observatory which was given to Teshin, the drifter and Teshin are the only 2 strangers to fall into Duviri. They are called strangers because neither of them were a part of the Duviri story come to life. At least that's how the fragment's story seemed to hint at it. Also the guy that they hint at being lost was guy in the lighthouse, Mathila's husband, was manning the lighthouse to stop the invasion of Mannie. The chains raining is likely us releasing Rell of his duty, Garmi is not Rell (at least I see no ties there.) Just thought you might want to know that. Also the Man in the Wall is a being birthed from "Fear" itself or is at least stated as such by the Sythel (The Fear Courtier). He seems to be trying to instill fear in the inhabitants of Duviri, or maybe they are affected by his Fear due to them being made of the void itself. And he has slowly been consuming islands and Dominus has either sunk them or they were taken. Just some food for thought.

    • @TacticalPotato
      @TacticalPotato  Год назад +6

      Garmi was keeping something (Giant 3 fingered hand) at bay using his lighthouse. The same way Rell was holding wally at bay in our world, when we free Rell Garmi disappears. Its fair to say there is a connection between both.

    • @zekieff
      @zekieff Год назад +3

      @@TacticalPotato Fair enough, I still think Garmi was a part of the original Duviri book brought to life considering he was married to Methila. Rell was holding Mannie back likely alongside Garmi's lighthouse, when one got taken down the other was too weak to hold him back and was taken after a few of the other isles were taken. Just how I interpreted. Hard to say who is right till they decide to add definitive answers though. I mean a lot of people thought Dominus could've been Rell before Duviri release considering he had some similarities to Rell with emotions and them being out of control, but turns out Duviri is a bunch of voidspawn made by the Drifter's anxiety and loneliness birthed from a book. Hard to see his timeline as even real anymore either. After this stuff I think the real us (Drifter) got stuck in the void while our voidspawned self (Operator) was sent here. Duviri kinda broke the Eternalism concept for myself with the writing to be honest, doesn't seem like it was 2 timelines colliding anymore, more like the void birthed stuff from a potential timeline. And with how Reb was acting last devstream I'm not sure we'll ever get those true answers and it will all be player conjecture. But who knows, you could very well be right. Appreciate the content as always Tactical Potato and the response!

    Playing since 2014, I've always admired the lore and worldbuilding of warframe. Even the vague and unadressed stuff some players call DE lazy/distracted for, like the orokin towers challenge chamber, I liked as if it were on purpose to the player explore and figure the history for himself.
    But despite this update being outstanding in art direction and the atmosphere in the open world itself, the lore execution kinda ruined it to me? I mean, how the detailed dax and animals skeletons or the grineer thrax design calling back the new player experience cinematic teaser are not "real"? Not remnants of martial force present in the ship during the incident preserved in a metaphysical state or arisen like it (similar to the amnesia 1 enemies or Salazar's crew in pirates of the Caribbean) but 'constructs of imagination', 'thought materialized'? The same with all the world and it's habitants...coming from a tale's book? I could bear the folk being constructs if thrax was "real" itself: An alternate version of our tenno or another tenno who got stuck, or did deeper with the deal with the man in the wall, getting a world from himself and more power at the price of being a prisoner, a plaything, even a puppet in the poetic sense...but he is a puppet in the literal sense? A child's toy?
    I mean, you see the grineer, the corpus, the orokin, you have the weight of time and consequence crushing human groups into new forms and models, and how they interact between themselves...even the infested as the expertise of orokin bioengineering gone wrong. And then you have fictional characters given life, in a history that was suppose to adress a quantity of previous plotpoints...did a few, like tenshin...and then it basically closed on itself, like a deadpool invading grimm brother's tale comic. A literal "content island" even in the lore that supports it...c'mon.

      Like the first reply said. Thrax is not Rell. He's a fragmented part of the Drifter's Psyche. Their "Inner Child" so to speak. The entirety of Duviri set up kind of strongly mirrors the idea of the Inner Child and Exile Personalities in psychology.

    • @gamingbean6440
      @gamingbean6440 Год назад +1

      It... it is ALL mentioned in the quest in so far as it's connection to the drifter, "mentioned" here meaning shown. Acrithis in her shop inside Duviri constantly mentions that it used to be bigger and lots of it has vanished. The things that aren't mentioned are details about background characters that aren't really relevant. If they mentioned it all in the quest it'd be way too long and people would moan about "exposition dumps" or some other nonsense.

    • @BdotRASS

      @@gamingbean6440 I doubt people would complain about getting potentially relevant story throughout the quest rather than the trash tier guff we actually got. @@hatman3445 i mean maybe but why create a dangerous character we'll never confront? That would just be a disappointing plot point, especially since he's probably the only thing that could legitimately challenge the tenno. • @MEYH3M
      @MEYH3M Год назад +4

      If he is anything like Thanos, that would be the real disappointment. Thanos is just a giant purple dude who can use infinity stones. Wally is the void incarnate a being so powerful he can create entire worlds just with imagination without any external help.

      @lightnbrightt Год назад +1

      @@MEYH3M my point wasn't him being thanos at all I'm just saying he should be BUILT UP and INTRODUCED like thanos, and when i say that im more referring to the comics, as it was built up and foreshadowed and executed over a long period of time and hit off with a very large scale event. I don't think he should be like thanos, but they are essentially very similar the only difference is the man in the wall manipulates the void while thanos manipulates the universe through some stones it's not that different but i digress.
      I'm just saying they really have to focus on building him up as a legitimate threat, for example the sentients were mostly a joke, they aren't even in the game for the most part, and we aren't really afraid of them at all; yet they were built up and foreshadowed for years and their return didn't really have much of an impact in actual gameplay.
