    Dr Ganla,
You and the FFD team is doing great work. I wish you would come up with ways to do the same exercises at home that would do a good enough job without going to a gym. I am no exercise expert, but I would think good old dumbbells, resistant bands, isometric exercises, like plank and may be others can be somewhat effective. I would love if FFD were to devise such do it at home, approaches for those folks who are resistant to going into a gym. It may not as effective as a gym but something good enough.

My request to Dr Malhar is to help device an exercise regimen where one use commonly available equipment like dumbell and theraband or anything else like that one could readily buy and which would be as effective as going to the gym. Is it possible Dr Malhar?

I'm a diabetic for over 25 yrs. There are as many opinions as there are doctors.
Secondly, all doctors claim to be diabetologists & have different opinions.
It's confusing as far as prescriptions are concerned.
    Kindly guide.
    Thanks

Hi Vinodji, given the genetic contribution in diabetes it becomes difficult to predict results hence the confusion. I suggest you gain clarity of the type of Type 2. Once your sub type becomes clear the path ahead is easier to map.
