AFTER A LOT OF SEARCHING, I FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKED FOR ME, AND I HOPE IT WORKS FOR SOME OF YOU TOO: What worked for me was going into the BIOS (by pressing Del several times while the computer starts) and looking for BOOT OPTION#1. Previously, the option was set to "Windows Boot Manager," which caused the computer to always go to that screen. Press Enter or click on that option and change it to the name of your HDD or SSD. This way, when the PC starts, it will boot normally without showing that screen.
thing is the problem i am facing with windows 11 .. all it showing ia "preparing automatic repair" with the icon.. it never goes to Doagnosing pc and then 0:16. where u can actually do something.. then when u disable secure boot so u can attempt to load a PE or use a repair disk.. the drive gets encrypted so it doesnt even show up in the installer so u could then attempt any repairs.
@@alifin7340 it's not at all shows blue screen also so i disconnected harddisk and tried again it works and tn i fixed hard disk tn same problem happened so finally now I disconnected hard disk and using temporarily, have to find permanent solution by bringing system engineer

Yeah it won’t let me out in any of the boot options, each one I put in just keeps giving me the same things over and over again. Won’t let me scan now again as it say it’s pending a repair and the computer needs to reboot to do so, then bam. “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart” left the main loop to get stuck in a small loop which looped me back into the big loop again….wtf.

I put windows in my flash drive and booted. It worked. My files were safe and after all the updates my pc was working as new
