Very good analysis of Swallow the Sun. It helps you to face the dark corners of your mind in a healthy way. Their album "Ghosts of Loss" is probably my favorite. It really sends you on a cathartic but an absolutely beautiful journey being also more metal and heavy than their latest albums. Swallow the Sun is also a very Finnish band. We Finns tend to have this fragile melancholy in our blood
