There is a lot of analysis how the band progressed along the years, but very little is said about the personal musical progress of Juha and his creative weight. I see a lot of people listening to their music really disregarding the history of what the songwriter is went through and how much he lost. I personally listen to their music thinking and feeling what HIS (Juha's) next life stage should be and how he writes music now, not the bands "performance and music genre". I see so much comparison but then you think about it, a lot of the band's heavier music is also loaded with pain and reading how people say their older music is better, this and that makes me believe that as long as the music is heavy, dark and soul crushing it doesn't matter how the soul feels at the end of the day. Ever since he lost his partner he managed to release almost every year a new album and if you listen to them chronologically you can feel what i am talking about. While Aleah was alive the music was different sometimes thematical, i believe she helped him create so much. After her passing there is only so much one can do by himself and even though he is one of the best musicians in metal at this moment in my oppinion you can sense in every song and in every lyric there is a huge hole and that he creates "alone in his world". Listen to all STS, Hallatar, Trees of eternity and Aleah's albums in pure chronological style, read the lyrics and you would see what i see and why i say this.
@@mikroimp Mikko has made a lot of progress in clean vocals compared to the last album (I also said this in 2022 😂). I feel like he was learning to sing again 🤷♀️ incredible voice
@@mikroimp There is a fear in my head, that they will turn into something like HIM. With all due respect to Ville Valo, I really wouldn't like it to be
