This is a great tutorial. I actually said WOW when you showed the effect of the choke layer which is the key to this technique. Very impressive and clean design. Thanks for sharing.

I have been trying to help people visualize the "Higgs Field" for a long time. It is a physics concept that can be slightly difficult to visualize, but this does it PERFECTLY. Thank you.

The Higg's Field can be explained with an analogy: Its like a pool of honey that permeates the entire universe; particles that interact with it, gain mass and particles that dont, are mass-less. The Nobel Prize this year was awarded for its discovery.
Anyway, thank you again! Your channel alone has helped me demonstrate countless concepts. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I noticed a few comments about the Drop Shadow and Simple Choke effects not working when you apply them on the 'Fusion' Comp. This is because you made a solid layer for your background (Matt didn't). One way around is to pre-comp your shapes alone inside the 'Base' comp and called it 'Shapes' (or whatever you want) and then apply both effects on that comp. Or you just don't use a background layer and choose the BG color directly inside the 'Base' comp settings. Hope this helps!

    Hello,
because you take time for us all, I consider that's the minimum to do to write you a little comment.
First of all : Thank you, thank you ! I love the way you love sharing your discovering et your love for design motion. I really appreciate when you take time to explain what you are doing and event for a beginner like me I can follow the process.
Thus, I would even more appreciate, before beginning a demonstration that you explain what you part you will accomplish. For example : I will now do the explosion ... And then begin entering the detail. It really helps memorizing and understanding the hole thing now where you are going before taking any steps futher.
    YOUR ARE AWSOME !
Merci beaucoup ! Je suis un grand Fan !

I really appreciate this! Super cool effect, thanks for sharing. My only suggestion is that I think it would be nice to lay out what all will be done quickly at the beginning. For this something like "turbulant displace on a adj layer, precompose, add drop shadow and simpler choker". 16 minutes of standard AE shape animation before getting to the good stuff can feel like a waste of time. Agian, this is great, thank you, and please keep it up!

(sorry for my English)

Drag the "tab" part in the top left corner of your pop-up window and move it into one of the docked areas in your main window, it should dock according to the position shown by the trapezoid.
