1920x820 is a type of anamorphic resolution. I love your videos and they're kind of a step out of my comfort zone doing these, but the outcome is always look good. Keep it up!
Finally! Someone actually made a tutorial on how to do this! And who else but Mt. Mograph :D Your tutorials are great and ever since I started watching them, I've been getting better and better in after effects because of you. Thank you.
I will say that since I have found your channel, you have helped open up my creative mind. I find myself playing around in AE trying more complex/original effects, animates etc. Thanks for helping me get to the point where I can see how much more I can have the ability to do!
i must tell you am always glad wen i see a tutorial from you cos within few months of newly using after effects i hv grown really quick from beginner to i can say intermediate.MANY THANKS BRO
Awesome video. Don't hate on the "paying hundreds of thousands" though, hard enough to make money as an artist as it is, what with all those people thinking we push two buttons and it's done instantly so why should they pay for it. Give some love :)
I really love the fact that you post such detailed tutorials, it is a great help to beginners like me and I'm really learning alot from your tutorials! Do you have any suggestions on how to make a good demo reel? Many thanks :)
Hmm, you don't have to go to "Keyframe Interpolation" to set hold keyframe. You can right click > Toggle Hold Keyframe or Ctrl + Alt + H (command + option + h). And the easiest way of course is just to hold Ctrl + Alt (command + option) and just click the keyframe :) Anyway, very nice tut, really like the effect and the technique you used! You got new subscriber :) Also your script is looking very nice and huge time saver (I am going to talk with my boss), just saw it in action on your "House build" tut... Cheers!
I love this channel. I've learned so much about motion graphics since following and I'd love to see more tutorials using AE like this one. I even recreated this technique for my intros for my videos on my channel! Thank you so much ***** !
Man, your tuts are awesome! Specially the lower thirds one was very much usable for me, i've got a freelancer because of it! But if I may ask you something, i'd like to know which presets do you use to export these beautiful videos to youtube? Thanks a lot!
Thanks for all your great tutorial ! It really helped me starting doing motion graphics ! Just a little advice about your voice, can you turn down a bit the low frequencies ? :)
First thanks for your tutorial. I have one request, could you please put us the link of the original video of VH1? There are more examples with this graphics for that campaign? Thanks again.
Is this similar to how the SKINS E4 title sequences would have been made? Would be great to see a tutorial on that. Also, is it possible to use photoshop instead of illustrator?
Hi thanks Mograph for everything you do. I had a little trouble from 2:50-2:53 or so. You do something with the layers and it helps the import into AE make it so it has layers and is not a flat image. Not sure if anyone else had this problem, but thought I would share. Thanks again.
***** This bit has messed me up too i think. When I import in to after affects it's still just one image. Even though I clicked Release to layers (sequence) Not sure what i'm doing wrong..
Jack Hamilton Hey Buddy. If you release the layers, one layer will remain on top of them. Drag all the the sublayers out, and delete that top layer. If you look closely, Matt does it as well, but really quickly
Hey, just want to say that your work and videos are awesome, loved the things I have seen in them Unfortunately for me, you only use After Effects, something I do not own, and thus the things you teach are not so easily transferable for me to use, but I didn't want to leave the channel before telling you how good your work is : )
Could you do a video on a teaser of mo sounds because I'm not so sure if I will buy it if I haven't heard some parts and could you give us some more info on it Please
Great video I just have one problem; I'm pretty much a novice when it comes to illustrator. and i was wondering if I'd be able to just make the layers on ae instead if you could get back to me asap *****
