Hi..I’m Naveen from India. Recently I married a Australian PR(subclass 887). She got divorced in Australia in August 2024, and she came to India we were married in October 2024 and she left to Australia back. She is on secondary applicant PR 887 visa. My question is she can sponsor a partner visa for me or not..?? How can I enter into Australia pls suggest.

We don’t know Australian immigration laws. You need to contact an immigration lawyer in Australia.

Is it okay to get marry in the USA with tourist visa, then she get back to her country, he stays and the American guy file for spouse visa ?
