Here's another twist in the song. He sings I hurt you all the time and he does terrible things to someone, but in the end it turns out that he says all this in a mirror. So to himself. The stage show also fits the theme wonderfully. Some people simply feel more comfortable and like new person after self-harm. That's exactly what happens here with Flake. He is thrown into the bathtub in a black suit, doused with sparks and comes out in a glitter suit. A new person.

I did't see it as self harm, it is more towards body piercings and similiar staff. The mind speaks to the body.

" I see your face in the mirror" hints that the person he’s singing about is actually himself. Maybe this song isn’t about a sadomasochistic relationship, but is rather about self-harm.

There is no way one cannot love Flake, he is truly the embodiment of what it means to be a good sport. He is the brunt of all their jokes, and Til constantly tortures him on a nightly basis throughout the show. He would be the first one in the band for which I would buy a beer as he truly earns it.

This concert was special in that it was their first show in the US for nearly ten years.
The funny thing is that because they had been away for so long they couldn't find a promoter who was willing to take the chance that they would fill Madison Square Garden, so the band had to pay for the venue themselves.
Tickets for the show went on sale and sold out in 15 minutes.
The concert at Madison Square Garden was attended by 18000 fans and it was sold out within 30 minutes
Some of the hardest tickets I ever had to get.

I love this song so much. Till's voice in the chorus is so beautiful. I like when he shows this other side of his vocals once in a while! From Madison Square Garden I would recommend "Rammlied" it's the entrance of the show. And for another ballad where Till again sings TOTALLY different I would recommend "Seemann" live video 2016. Please! I love your reactions :))))
"Frühling in paris" is one of the best songs of theme in my opinion. Very melodic and im sure you will love it

Among other things because of this song the "Liebe ist für alle da" album was censored in Germany. It was not allowed to be advertised and sold to people under 18.
Rammstein sued against this decision because it is against the freedom of art and were later compensated with a few thousand euros.
You can definetly take on the whole madison square guarden list - they are all great. Too bad you never get real sound picture from videos tho. GOAT liveband of all times!🤘🤘🤘🤘

Hello you two, I would recommend "Donaukinder" as one of the next videos. The video is not official but from the community. It contains English subtitles and a prequel that describes what the song is about. I can already tell you one thing: it's about the Danube, which is not far away from you. Isn't it?

Oh I got happy when I saw this, a good live performance as well as a song that might push the limits a bit in terms of lyrics compared to what you have heard so far! Hope to see even more of the live stuff :D
As for this song, it is clearly about BDSM and sadomasochism, but also self harm. Because of these lyrics the song and its album was censored by the government in Germany when it came out in 2009, because they thought it would be harmfull for young people to listen to, in particular the "barbed wire and rodents part".
You can avoid the copyright sometimes by making the video window slightly transparent 👍🏻👍🏻Also you guys should check out Rammsteins song Mütter live from Helfest!

There is a way around the blocking and on that way you are never losing a reaction again:
Keep always a copy of your reaction on your computer or an external storage device. In the case your reaction is getting blocked, you are uploading your reaction video on an alternative video platform.
After doing that you are uploading a short video on RUclips with a link to that alternative video platform. On that way you are getting the clicks and some likes for your short-link video on RUclips AND you are building slowly an audience for your alternative channel on your alternative platform, too. Just for the case, that RUclips blocks your reaction channel completely one day.
Several (if not all) of those alternative video platforms have even an automatic upload option for all your RUclips videos. Everytime you are uploading a RUclips video it is automatically uploaded on that alternative platform, too. On that way you have a kind of automatic backup function for your RUclips videos and you needn't keep the copy of your video on your computer. If you are clicking the automatic backup option on the alternative platform, you basically have a copy version of your RUclips channel.
And again:
If you are making only a short, one or two minutes long video with the link to your reaction on the alternative platform, you are still getting clicks and likes on RUclips, too.
Apart from that some of the alternative platforms have a possibility, to earn money with your videos, too. But I don't know details about that.
I've seen other channels doing that already several times and it works very smooth. Many channels did it the first time with Rammstein's "Zeit" video, that was heavily blocked at the beginning.
I would activate the automatic backup option. It works very good and I have no clue, why not ALL reaction channels are doing that.
Again: On that way you are never ever losing a reaction video and the work you invested in it.
Here are some alternative video platforms, that I'm personally already using. And they are pretty good and have ironed out their beginner flaws already (I can only add one name per posting because RUclips is blocking my posting, if I'm mentioning several names of alternative platforms in one posting):

I have no clue, how 3) Brighteon works for reaction channels. It certainly works for my railway channel.
But I would recommend for you to try it first with 4) Rumble and the other, by me mentioned, alternative platforms. Those platforms are successfully tested for my reaction channel method by other reaction channels and they offer possibilities to earn money.
And there is the alternative platform "Odysee", too. I've got a channel there, too and I've seen already many reaction channels running their backup channels there, too.

I'm not really used to commenting on reaction videos, but I really enjoy yours on Rammstein. If you are planning on continuing, here's a list, of what I think could be great for you of official videos:
Rosenrot - have really started to like that lately, so will list it first. A song about love, as a lot of theirs are.
Auslander - well, basically colonialism, with some humor.
Mann Gegen Mann - It's pretty much in the title if you translate it.
Haifisch - About the band themselves.
Mutter - One of the more softer sounding Rammstein songs, but thematically deep.
Amerika - cultural imperialism.
Mein Herz brennt - You have done the piano version, but the video for the original really deserves a go as well. Scary stuff, but my interpretation is it's also about them themselves, from the position of artist or art, that scares people or shocks them, but also puts their own heart on display for others, something like that. The usual interpretation is of childhood nightmares, but I don't think that's the full story, at least in the lyrics I don't believe it to be.
There are some other great ones, but probably no need to list too many just yet.

The song is about S&M . It was censored in Germany when it came out and the album was sold to people over 16 at the beginning. Bit there was an outrage and they stopped.

I think you guess need to do the opening song from the Madison Square Garden set - Rammlied. You will absolutely love Till’s character, and while it’s not a song which will make you *feel*, it will make you feel the music and set up the show.
I think Engel is absolutely essential from this show as well.

So I would like to say that the band also has side projects. Except lindemann the guitarist has a group called emigrate. Watch the official video of the song always on my mind feat. Till lindemann. It's great 👍

I think he has the twinkle of a mischievous boy in his eye. Like a boy who is curious and likes to get into trouble and push boundaries. Not maliciously just because it’s fun to do things you’re not supposed to sometimes.

This is such a good song. I love watching your reactions. I would love to see you react to Till's collaboration with the French singer Zaz for "Jardin des larmes." It's a melancholy ballad where their voices contrast each other beautifully.
Edit: I could have sworn you did react to this, but didn't see it in your list. I was wrong, you did react to this. "Wer weiß das schon" is another LINDEMANN song that is sometimes sung as a duet. Till's voice is magical in it.

I can only recomend "Home sweet home" from lindemann. Its a beautiful song about his father who died to camcer. And the lyrics are in english aswell.
there are many many good rammstein songs. Bothe live and the official videos are good to watch. I personally like the live of "Ich Will" (Hurricane Festival 2016) and the live "benzin" Madison Square garden. But also "Keine Lust" and "america" both official videos. If you want to go blind in all of them, without checking the lyrics before hand, you can check Educated Marine channel for really good videos with english lyrics. Well the thing is, I totally understand that you might not feel with the song, since it is about self-harm, but if you look up Yuri DDLC, it will show you that I went through that... I am trying my best not to, but the addiction of it is real strong... It isn't something many would understand, but the lines "It turns you on" and "It does you good" hit really close to me... When pain becomes a good feeling, it is hard to resist, just like I can't resist this song...
