    Love it, it's definitely the style of boat that I like. It's range and seakeeping abilities are outstanding. ( I have a Bering 60 ) this is simply a world cruiser. with a few modifications, solar panels and a few other personal touches it would truly be the boat of my dreams.

      Without the traditional dark woods combined with superior craftsmanship, you wind up with interiors that are no more nautical than a downtown condo. Nordhavn interiors are at the top of the explorer yacht genre in my opinion. Beautiful, luxurious, warm, inviting and exciting all in one package. One look at their interiors and you know immediately that you are in a nautical vessel.

    The exterior of the Ocean King 130 is aesthetically perfect. When I have one built I'll tell them to use a bit more wood inside and put up a few beer signs in the salon and I'll move right in. You really could live for the rest of your life in her and go anywhere the water is at least 3.6 meters deep. Probably only 2 or 3 professional crew (engineer, cook and deck hand) I'd be captain (whose fantasy is this anyway?) then conscript family and guests to wipping duty and kp. I'm planning an expedition to nowhere and this one will get me there.

      I agree. I've worked off shore for a few years, and the ocean is extremely dangerous. I would rather a nice looking but safe ship than to have all the commodities of bathing. I want to be able to store 4 snow mobiles, 4 jetskis, 2 decent size small boats to get to land. A pad to launch an Autel Dragonfish for recon and to look for good places to set anchor I want to be able to have equipment. I don't care about having all the empty room of a living room. I want to use as much space as possible to make sure I have what I need.

    ( World explorer) when you said the RANGE on her at reduced speed, just said WOW. Love those new system lift ( Pal finger) booms, they fold up, extension out for any lift. After looking at that front anchor system, was thinking of stern 4 point anchor set up. That's the only thing I would add. To do ( expense pay office work) for say environmental science work. The look of vessel reminds me of Torpedo trials Tester vessels, that's why was thinking of a 4 point anchor system. The white insides make it so bright and nice for natural light. The 5 star Bathroom ( Heads) are such a plus for LONG Range cruising. I love the open areas space inside. The Galley is a professional chef would die for working in that at Sea kitchen. This is my vision of a medium size expedition yacht. It almost ticks off all the bells and whistles on my wish list. I would keep with this design but extend the Stern of the boat 20 feet and make it 150” LOA this would allow a tender garage on the main deck for a submarine and other toys and that would allow a larger upper deck. I’m impressed with its long range and that it looks like it’s built like a tank for the heavy seas if you get caught in a storm. I also really like the Ocean King 88 it’s a little smaller but it’s also built like a tank.

    Might wanna revisit that 9kt cruise range, not likely a 120 something WL boat does 20k miles unless it's under sail or drifting. Assuming WL=126, DL=270, D=540LT, grKWH=207, GEN=13KW, 9 kts looks like 16k miles with 52k USG or 30% of D. 8KT=20k miles maybe (C32's are fuel hogs at low load), gonna be interesting ride when ya burn off most of that 162LT of fuel. Great channel, keep it coming!

    2 Year old video and I am just seeing this now. Wonder why it took so long to see it. First, Love this over all. Perfect exterior colours. The cabins, not crazy about the colours or the looks (not the heads, which I love). The cabins look to much like hospital rooms. I would have them like the one yacht you did some time ago. The one that looked more like a floating home than a fancy hotel on the ocean. The bridge for me personally (though I would not have any say on how it looked because I would leave that up to the captain), I would have it looking more like the bridge on the USS Enterprise from Star Trek. Now you know why I would leave that up to the captain. The engine room, Love that!. Would not mind seeing more of this little row boat. Thank you. Having been in very big seas and knowing the speed of these steel hulled vessels, it is not always easy to avoid storms so having a ship that can cope with extreme conditions is important.

    22,000nm? That's some range. Awesome yacht. I like that the video showed the hull. I always like to check out the hull and see how the props are protected. What would this cost to buy and run?

      With our range, we can choose to fill our tanks at low-tax areas.
      We look for places in need of hard currency:
      * Venezuela
      * Columbia
      * the Arabic peninsula
      * Baltic.

    In love with the vessel, the interior decor not so much when it comes to colour. Too much white everywhere, which would make it feel much colder in higher or lower latitudes. Besides, I just prefer more earthy tones and deeper, darker trim and heavier furniture, even though I am female, I have always liked the decor inside the Victorian kind of Gentlemans clubs, or Old Navy Senior Rates or Officer Clubs. Former Navy roots showing again, lol.

    How would a vessel of this size practically fair with island hopping in the Caribbean and such? Could you anchor near beaches? Or are you limited to special marina's?
    What is the price?

    I love the line also, and the open deck with the vertical windows, but I really love the open floor, either home or Yacht,
    I just saw one sailing from Fiji to Panama, "I have to find the name of that yacht"
    Helm,galley, big saloon with sofa into bed for the watch!
    This yacht could be one made that way, and can fish easily! Focus on Natures canvas! My thought!

    Impressive design and that 22000 nm range is jaw dropping. However, not too impressed by the interior, but this is a bespoke thing, it looks more like a utilitarian science vessel inside, very draconian. The bedrooms were not too bad but the whole decor is not very attractive.

    They spent about as much time showing the Galley as they did the engine room . In all the years I have looked at this class of ship , I have only seen one engine room tour and that was by the owner who happened to be a retired USCG ( coastie ) . Besides I helped build 5 tugs this size and another 6 even larger , and more than a few smaller boats .
