Thank you so much! I don't think you can really go wrong with any of them. So first and foremost, I'd choose the one you're either already using or the most comfortable with. The best part is that most of the email service providers include some kind of page builder (if your website isn't the option you want to go with) and also free trials so you can test them out first. I've used pretty much all of them through the agency by now though so my top choices are: ConvertKit (or whatever they've changed their name to now haha), MailerLite, ActiveCampaign and FloDesk depending on your priorities and what intuitively works the best for your brain :) Hope that helps!
