I am 57 and have lived a fitness lifestyle for most of my life, and I can absolutely say with certainty, that those few times I feel off the fitness wagon, every other aspect of my life went down as well. On the other hand, when I eat clean and work out everyday, every aspect of my life gets fit. It's not completely about just looking and feeling good, it's about who you become in your relentless quest. I love seeing that man in the mirror everyday

I’m 23 and I couldn’t agree more. From 2018 to 2023 I was smoking weed heavy and using porn almost every night and i was the most depressed I’ve ever been. But last March I finally got my head out of my ass and quit smoking and started working out every day and started eating healthier and at this point I’ve lost 68 lbs and couldn’t be happier. I’ve quit a lot of my vices but admittedly porn still creeps up every now, so I’ve taken steps to eliminate my access to it and honestly i feel the best I have mentally, spiritually, and physically ever honestly, and my main goal now is to continue down the path I’ve taken and continue to better myself every day.

I'm moving back to WA on September 30th and opening up the second branch of Smooth City Moving. The first year was brutal but it was EXTREMELY enlightening. This video was really helpful. I’m a woman & I still watched even though this was geared towards men. The part where you said something about that old saying, “if you lie with the dogs, you’ll get fleas.” My dad used to say that to me every once in a while and I never agreed with him. I felt that was a personal thing I had control over. But as I became an adult, I realized that it does and can and will happen to the best of us. Its like a sponge sucking up the water in the sink, eventually it’s just as wet as it’s surroundings.I don’t want to be this person and live like I have been anymore. I’ve felt inspired and motivated by you to get back to the better version of me that I once was.

thank you Bedros for your content. I know that you frequently talk about helping your male audience get better and become better, but as a woman who lost her dad to suicide and her stepdad to a drinking problem, your content has been so eye-opening and guiding for me. You’re basically speaking all the truth that I should’ve heard growing up and as a 31 year-old female business owner, having this content with a strong male voice is so important and valuable to me. I just found your channel like two days ago and you’re like the big tough brother that I wish I had. Thank you thank you thank you, and I appreciate you so much. I work overnight 12 hour shifts doing armed security work. Just now got a dollar raise so i'm making $17 an hour. I also reserve for a police department not getting paid yet for that. Because i just started a month ago. You spoke to me in all the points you made. I'm 21 and i'm out of shape i'm probably about 245 lbs i am short and i have always been pretty strong. But i looked and felt way better at 18. But thats when i lived at home and worked road construction installing guardrail and working out after a long day of physical work. But when i got into security i began to gain weight. So now i'm married and i live in a small town. And we are just skating by even though i put in hundreds of hours a week. I'm always tired. I've been doing my best to eat more protein but after a long drive and a long shift over night. I get home and feel exhausted but there are days where i am mentally tired but can't sleep so i do stuff outside around the house. Then i get back in my uniform and do it all again. I have always wanted to be in law enforcement and that dream cams true but i would have liked to been able to get a full time position in the department. So i'm not wearing myself down between security and police work. I want change i want it so bad i want to feel great about myself i want to look and feel like i did a couple of years ago!

I chuckle every time you say “Gelatinous titties”. It’s funny because it’d be insulting to say that to someone but for me, it reminds me constantly that I can’t stay how I am now. That I can’t be mediocre or average anymore. I’m not overweight but I do have a bit of a gut and not enough upper body mass. I tell myself infrequently “gotta get rid of those gelatinous titties, bro.” I’m currently establishing healthy eating habits, I’ve lost a few pounds already, and soon enough I’ll head back into the gym.

I started going to the gym 7 days a week, and every morning I tell myself the pain is temporary, that the results long term will be worth it. But every morning after the gym, the instant resulted confidence and dopamine and amazing feelings make it worth it. Your muscles only repair when you're asleep, so whats the point of taking a day of rest. Success doesn't rest, neither should you. Don't feel good? Go anyway. Didn't sleep well? Go anyway. I went to a concert friday and got to bed at 1am. My morning routine starts at 4:30am, I got up anyway and got it done and it felt amazing. Start going to bed earlier and getting up earlier, start following through with what you say you'll do, start eating right (it's actually cheaper), start being harder on yourself. When you make these free changes, you will see that you very quickly go from average to inspirational. DO THE MARATHON CHALLENGE, BEEN THERE, DONE THAT, WORTH IT.

Listen Bedros, I enjoy your explanations, examples and insights. You‘ve gained even more of my respect just from this one video and I look forward to future ones too. Definitely a force to be reckoned with!

One of your best/my favourite video of yours! We all thank you.
One question. This may help others, but I would love to hear in your words how life changing a clean workplace/environment can be for someone on the road to success. And what those first steps may be? It’s something a lot of us struggle with and it definitely has to do with laziness. Just an idea!
