Standing on the sidelines from Ladner watching. Jett Woo is our current Troy Stecher. Troy’s journey has also been difficult as will be Jett Woo. Over time he might be given an opportunity to play elsewhere. He has been a good soldier playing with the baby Canucks over the last few seasons in Abbotsford. Wishing him all the best . Stay strong.
Boeser will prob sign the same contract or a bit lower to stick around for the team. Canucks done a lot for him and I can see Boeser respecting the organization by signing a team friendly deal seeing how they're in a good position to contend
I think Woo got a lot of press because of how barren the prospect cupboard has been in recent years. Woo's path to the NHL got a lot harder after the Canucks drafted a clump of defenseman (2022 and 2023 drafts) and targeting US college free agent defencemen. The way Canucks management signed depth players doesn't indicate that they expect any prospects are ready to take any jobs in Vancouver this season.
we cannot sign him with a raises ... of coz he wants it ... but frankly canucks need him to take a discount ... and he should, canuck stick with him on his low ... him asking for a rise on a good season on an otherwise inconsistency in his career can break the team ... with his history on staying healthy, giving him terms, which he wants .. and a raise is not something the organization can afford if they are serious on a cup run .... esp when we have hughes taking such a discount ... the only player in the team who hasn't follow the discount is EP ... and brock is not EP ... if he is looking for 6 year plus term, giving him more than 5.5 - 6.0 is a hard deal to give ... shorter terms, sure ... long term... nah ... it business ... dude has one season who he stay productive and healthy at the same time... we love him, but 8-9 million is crazy talk ...
Time for woot woot slow Development Benning core players also Boeser can't afford his contract next need to get younger Boeser is slow maybe get a first round picks for Boeser and woo packaged
The difference between now and a few years back is that we have enough prospects to come in at low ELC's. It will be fine
He's a keeper for certain 😊Cheers from Burnaby B.C.

Hopefully, but most players go where the money is.
I think he will sign at 7.5. Which is a discount.
Yeah, no.
@trevorplater4675 Yeah $7.5 - $8Mill ish
He sounds very much as a trade piece. I had high hopes for him but some players just can't improve enough to take the next step.

Yaay, I'm the first to comment. Love your channel! Watching from White Rock, BC.
I wanna see Juulson as the steady 6th dman
Hes got to earn it and has to fix the bad habits that cost him during games
He has the potential but needs to tweak alot of his game before he gets a full time position
From Sweden
Also if Demko has another Major Injury maybe it's time to trade him and have full faith in Silovs in 2 years
