All these tourists went to London to pet a horse? A long trip for many, I would guess, to manhandle a royal animal. Why? Children and adults crowding and pawing at the poor horse. Cluless to how mean this is and that the hirse is getting agitated..head butting and pushing people away. He is not playing with you! Get back!!!!
I have been watching These videos for months now and I've learned a great deal. The most things I have learned makes me very sad. There is no respect at all for our wonderful military.. People just do not understand that we need these well trained men and women. No matter what country we are from, everyone should respect the military, after all they are trained to take care of us all. I have watched daily and each day it saddens me more. The public and military DO NOT MIX at all.
There are many words that come to mind watching tourists behaviour. disrespectful, ignorant, rude, uneducated, arrogant. I have horses and am surprised these morons are allowed within twenty feet of the horses let alone pawing them and yelling. One dumb cow walked up with a flag. Someone will get badly hurt one day.
The stupidity of the human race on holiday astounds me at times. Did they leave their common sense at home or didn’t they have any to start with. Horses are flight animals. Staring at any animal is perceived as a threat. Crowding one while screeching and giggling like morons could spook a horse. Admittedly the Household Cavalry Blacks are trained to cope with noise but so many people crowding round and so many hands pawing at their faces can spook even the most well trained horse. Maybe if a few tourists were trampled by a huge 17hh iron shod horse weighing around 680kg they might get the message. Even when they are told to get back they assume that instruction is for everyone else, not them. I suspect there are also those who deliberately grab the reins to see what sort of reaction that provokes which is added confusion for the horse. Animal abuse is unacceptable - whether the abuser is on holiday or not. Would their holiday snaps be less appealing to look back on if they don’t have their hands pawing at the horse. You have to wonder why armed police are on duty if all they do is stand chatting to each other and not even attempting to control the crowds. Who knows what people have in their hands when they shove them up to the horse’s mouth. It’s many years since I was in London but I can’t recall people being allowed to touch the horses as they do now. Tourism may be good for the economy but animal abuse and disrespecting the King’s guards is completely unacceptable.
What is wrong with this country that this circus is allowed to happen..It is so disrespectful to horse and guard.Shame on you UK.Thought we were an animal loving country.Apparently NOT. Shame on you who allows this abuse👿
There'll be a change coming soon,no doubt. Tourists used to be respectful enough to regulate themselves in an appropriate manner so no further rules were necessary. Unfortunately,as you can see this is no longer the case.
Those people who are scared of the horses walk around with arms stretched but don’t actually touch the horse. If they do it’s with one finger. Then walking up to the horse with palms up. Its all so weird. pretending they have food. The horses poor noses must get sore from all the scratching, poking, rubbing……Ladies looking into the distance with a dreamy look on their faces, while they are stroking the horse..and trying to hide their fear..

There has to be a a half oval on the ground to indicate a space that is not for tourist to enter. Why has not this been done.Sooner or later there will be a tourist fileing a huge lawsuit. Which will not be fair to horse guard.
Everyone is a fashionista nowadays.😢
Never have I seen so many women looking desperate for attention.
Die merken nicht mal das die Pferde sie wegstoßen. Da glauben sie noch das Pferd will schmusen. Einfach widerlich. Oberflächlich.
RESPECT please
Maybe there should always be a soldier to keep the rude, thoughtless oafs back from the guard and his mount. These wonderful guards sure have to endure a lot from the public.
Bring on Arnie and let’s see who wins I bet it’s Arnie.
The horse shoud bite them all.
the girl who touch the horse is so stupid. I fear she won't survive to adulthood.
That poor horse. His nose and face must be sore after all that touching. Disrespectful!
The soldier wearing glasses did a very poor job of moving the tourists behind the Bullards! 👎
Bollards 😊.
Crowd completely ignoring the soldier to move behind the bollards. Some looking at him like why should they.
I think he is new and a bit nervous but probably he will improve all he needs is a baseball bat😮
Paint a half circle a good distance away from the horse and indicate "do not step inside the circle"....then let the guardsmen have a field day yelling "stand outside the yellow circle!!!!"
A recorded warning. Save the Gaurds Vocals. 😅 ohhh, Motion activated! With camera's on the Offender. 😆 the horses would have to get desensitized tob It. As it would be going off constantly.
Seriously. Put a parameter around the horses . Its like they are all dead from the neck up.
I just hope these people don't live here permanently
I didn’t see any reaction by the guard to suggest the caption of this video.
The crowd are like vultures
Can't they see that the horses are stressed out? Their selfish behaviour! Do they have to stand in front of them + shout on top of their lungs?
I don’t understand why they let the horses be touched. Too many people.
What a handsome horse he is .
The patience of horses & folks that can't follow rules.
It's like trying to herd cats.
Clear everyone out , take the horses away and lock the gates.
I think time has come to distance soldiers and the public.
These tourists do not follow rules do not listen and you could not do this in their country(if they were lucky to have anything like this) Total disrespect for the horse, the Guard and it is just taking the mickey something needs to be done to protect the Guard and the horse. It is not a petting zoo-I was told by a tourist when in London you have to have your photo taken with the Kings guard ,really what about following the rules and showing some respect. Those in charge please do something.
Stupid ridiculous people thinking it's good fun to antagonise a horse and the guard ,their don't realise how powerful a horse is
Good God, they are like a pack of rabid wolves. Need to be told to stay back. If I were rhat horse,I would have been panicked.
Bring Annie out and let him show them what ‘back behind the bollards means’ 😉
