Keep the Colorado content coming will give me the motivation to lift my canyon.
Lucky you got buddy's to help haha its hard doing this shit alone
No it's not.. just gotta be strong.
Want to do mine next? Lol
nice video,do you have a lift kit install,I want to know the way she run,(suspension)hard or soft, thanks
how much did you get the engine for?
Yo how hard was it to fight the trans onto the motor for you? I'm doing it the same was and the position is killing me
The easiest way I found to do it was tilting the transmission by jacking up the battery transfer case. It also makes it a lot easier to install the bell housing bolts towards the top.
Might get a 2004 with 25,000 miles. Your opinion?
4 or 5 cylinder? The 2004-2006 had some issues with the heads and valve guides but with that low of miles you should have too much to worry about.
Is there a preventive maintenance to avoid the seating issue / head issue ?
Did you do 2.8 swap to a 3.5?
No I put a new 3.7l in
Where did you get the engine and Did you have to change any wiring harness and computer?
@@macksauce9801 no it was stock with a 3.7 and I got the engine out of a Colorado that was the same year so everything was the same.
How’s the lift being ??
No complaints so far, ride quality is great.
Any more problems I saw in your other video
Not any with the lift kit, just the belt tensioner.
nice
