Trying To Stop A Restarted Fermentation

I fought trying to stop this fermentation because I was trying to follow the kit instructions as closely as possible and only change 1 variable, the wine yeast. Although the cold crash failed, time was the savior in this case, it did stop on its own after a couple of weeks. Spoiler alert, it is an improvement over the original!
