Why wasn't Davey Johnstone playing? This is one of the few concerts where he's not present.
He was in a contract playing with various artists , Meat Loaf was the main one . Once Davey could leave he did and came back with Elton in 1982 and has never left unless he is medically unable to play (which has happened a few times)
