Just commenting to say that this is the best review I have seen of comparing these cameras. No time wasting or anything and answers pretty much everything I had a question about these cameras; the BRIO for me at 1080p 60fps is all I really need and maybe even less for streaming. Bought through your affiliate link and def will be referencing this video in my review on Amazon.
Amazing review! Been looking for a while, and you finally gave me that final push to purchasing lol. Just ordered the Brio via your affiliate link, and it's on sale rn, so perfect timing. Thanks!!
I left the amazon page to go do research, and came back here to use your affiliate link, though it would have been easier to just buy it straight up. Good job, you deserve it!
Thanks for all your webcam content- after watching a lot of vids to see if there's a worthy upgrade over my uber-old C922 Pro, this one made me decide. The Brio, when in 4k then downscaled to 1080p, is just phenomenal.
wow this was fantastic thank you so much you made choosing a camera so easy and simple for me. you answered basically every question i had and just yea thank you so much
I've been using my 922... Thanks you made my decision to upgrade to Logitech Brio Ultra 4k / HD very easy. You did a great job showing the side-by-side comparisons with outstanding lighting shots, tip on mounting/lighting. Your shots, great audio and pacing are all just terrific! fantastic my friend. I'll subscribe AND just used your Amazon link and just ordered my Brio Ultra 4k. many thanks for the great work - Don
Thank you for clarifying the Brio name issue. Best Buy doesn't have "Brio" in the name, but otherwise it looks the same, and it's 4K. I have the C930e, and I'm thinking I'll return it and get the Brio.
between Brio, Razer Kiyo pro, and Elgato facecam, Which is the smoother at 60fps?. I would like to make videos about simracing and I'm planning focus the cam on my steering wheel. Pd: Sorry for my english XD
Great video (just discovering your channel at the perfect timing) , if i may ask, what webcam would you recommand to use for stream/youtube on Miniatures painting ?(max range is 200 $) thanks , and keep going like this !
How were you able to change the FPS? LogiCapture wouldn't download to my Mac Pro because they stopped making it for Apple at Mac OS 11.1. The other software didn't have the option to change FPS.
@@BadIntentStreamTechReviews Ok cool, thank you for the reply. I actually stumbled across OBS about an hour after I left that comment. I'm going to mess with that at my studio later this week. Thanks!
looking at some reviews of the C922 PRO VS at BRIO 4K, I can't see such a big difference in the fluidity of the frames, sometimes it seems to me that Brio is not at 60 fps in all the reviews I've seen, is it really Logitech Brio does 60 frames ?
ah yes, just what i was looking for xD atm there's a sale i could get the c922 for 100aud/68usd=[full retail price 199aud/135usd] or the 4k pro for 200aud/135usd=[full retail price 135usdusd/199aud]. i ordered the c922 but having second thoughts now xD
@@BadIntentStreamTechReviews How does one use it in 4K? Some manual in a video form for that? One needs programs, OBS or whatever for that? Or/And a "strong computer"? :O
@@JonasAnandaKristiansson In OBS, add the Brio as a video capture device. Then click the Brio, click properties then set it to 4K. Use OBS Virtual Camera to send the 4K to other programs.
i'm super confused and frustrated because there is too many reviews out there of what to use for online streaming. i saw your online web site saying that is better to use a webcam and not to use a camcorder. but as u only used the canon vixia r800 so i'm thinking what if the camcorder is a higher end one like let say canon AX11, i know that cost huge but it only to use as a example as a higher end camcorder to compare it to the webcams u used. i am obsessed with image quality and i want the best for my girls audience and one review said "if you're obsessed with image quality and you only want the best for your audience, then why not consider investing in a mirrorless or DSLR camera". another thing i like i want the room not get blurry if my girl waves extra fast and i think that is frame rate im guessing my girl was working in a adult webcam site as non nude cam model i want to help her to have stunningly jaw dropping clear chat room because she going back to that soon i know there is lighting to factor and audio need to be good to but i taking one step at a time :( i wish i had a eidetic memory so i could take a class on all this sadly i have the opposite of a eidetic memory
Ok here's the quick breakdown. If you want the best quality possible then that's correct - you should get a DSLR or mirrorless camera. There's not really a point in streaming with a camcorder unless you already happen to have one. The amount of money you'd need to spend to get one that's better than the best webcams would put you in range to just get a cheap DSLR or mirrorless that looks better. So a setup like the Sony ZV E10 with an Elgato 4K60 Pro would work really well. You can change the shutter speed so no matter how fast you move, there won't be motion blur. You can add however much bokeh you want, and the image quality will be very sharp. If you have the money for it, then that's the type of "professional" setup top streamers use. DSLR + 4K capture card. It's just really expensive and you'll need a computer that can handle it. The reason there's different answers is because people focus on different price ranges. Webcams are the best for $250 and under. From $250-500 it's still probably better to just use a webcam since there's not much in that range better than the Brio. Over $550 is when you can start looking into things like the Canon M50 and Sony ZV1 and ZV E10. But just remember now you'll need a $250 capture card to get the best quality out of those types of cameras.
@@BadIntentStreamTechReviews maybe i have to go with a brio because she is using a laptop not a desk top and the other option is to use Sigma fp Mirrorless Full-Frame Digital Camera it works natively as a webcam over USB, meaning that you don't need to invest in an additional HDMI capture card to use it but the price not worth it $1,499.00 does not even include a lens. if go with the Canon M50 as the price is less then the other 2. i wounder if just use a Elgato - Cam Link 4K - Capture Device, USB 3.0 if that is even ok to use instead of the pro one, and then factor in how much better am i really getting with a Canon M50, compared to the Brio, to make it even worth it. and i'm thinking they would have to be a big significant difference to go with the Canon M50. another thing is she does not use obs or any thing like that. i like to thank you u explain a lot to me i understand better now.

Great reviews, I was thinking about the ElGato Facecam before watching some of your videos and I think the Brio seems like a better choice.

The Brio is a better cam, but is it worth double the price is the question I believe many people are trying to answer?
It is if you're going to use it in 4K. Otherwise I'd just cheap out and get the C920.

They are both ok looking to me, but the Brio is definitely richer.
companies with bilions of dollars do not care to make reviews that can remotely measure up to this
