Rudy Chen is a member of Ray Krieger's "Grip Runners" team along with Gavin May and Henrik Dehn, he is only available during Super Promotion's Grip races (as a random runner) and at the Willows Spring races sponsored by G Effect (as default chosen opponent)
Why do I think Rudy Chen (and all of us who play this game) should be the "real" Grip King instead of Ray Krieger?
Well, this is because when it comes to challenging Ray Krieger, far from being a threat, it only turns out to be a bad joke, because the M3 E92 is a very slow car and has terrible handling (to the point that it doesn't even turn), On the contrary, Rudy Chen (who is an opponent of Ray Krieger's team) with his Porsche 911 Turbo is indeed a threat, because the 911 Turbo is one of the cars with the best handling and acceleration to the point that it makes cars like the GTR (R34) and the EVO IX (especially the latter) seem like unmanageable cars in comparison
