Should I focus on one legged exercises and then do movements with both legs? For example when I do my workouts, first 2 to 3 exercises are one legged like Bulgarian split squat then movements with both legs like barbell squat? I think when I do first barbell squats I tend to squat more with my Uninjured side
I have so much abnormal swelling post 6 week ....it had from starting first day .....I have check my CBC and esc which is normal .....so what should now I have to do for decreasing swelling....whether I have to take rest or continue my exercise
I did increase my strength training and weight and now my knee is really swollen and I am afraid I damaged my graft

Any risk with heavy weight?
no as long as the progression is gradual
When doing leg exercises such as extensions, do we do them unilaterally or both legs together?
Always both legs. We want to make you stronger all around. The surgical leg will catch up
