Chicken chops soy sauce & garlic with gravy
1 kilo boneless chicken legs
1 medium size whole lemon 🍋
8 cloves garlic 🧄
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp liquid seasoning
2 tbsp merin ( optional)
1 tbsp brown sugar
Black pepper
Marinate 30mins
Use air fryer or pan frying 👌
Gravy recipe
1 tbsp butter 🧈
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 chicken cube
2 cups water
