Greetings from New Zealand. I have been doing this routine regularly since it was first posted and it is still one of the best on RUclips. I practice some form of Tai Chi and Qi Gong daily for about an hour. I am a similar age to you Austin, and was wondering if you could post some more qi gong videos aimed at our age demographics.
Masterji past six months i became imbalance and mild giddiness i felt the lazyness in the brain. But your boosting energy exercise makes me normal again. At the age of 61 you again make me young and healthy. Thank you.

These exercises are very good. I learnt some of these from a Tai Chi teacher here in Madrid. Others I had learnt previously when I started learning Tai Chi in 1984.
I remember you from the 80s in London, when I was also training Lau Gar Kung Fu, which was based in Acton, with the excellent teacher Sifu Stan Brown. There were many similarities to Wing Chun, and your Wing Chun was very famous in London. The Lau Gar students were big fans of Wing Chun in those days.
It is great to see your content on RUclips that is aimed at helping everybody towards better health. You are clearly a shining example of someone that has made martial arts a complete way of life. I think it's so generous of you to reply to almost all of the comments on your videos.
I've been watching some recently to help me learn different things and try them. Your demonstrations and explanations are simple, clear and practical. You convey a spirit of youth and happiness, and long may you continue sir.

Hi Cruz, I had been practising and teaching the natural method for at least 40 years, this is method follow the natural way of the universe and the body work, its work in harmony with the body rather trying to conquer it like using drugs, diet and exercises
Its not Chinese, Western or Ancient way its the Natural Method.
