I just got the game and i choose bluebell. And i dont want to move town but is it possible i can learn that continues plot thing in bluebell? Or should i move to konohana just to learn that?
I think it doesn't really matter which town you live in aside from the crops and animals. There's not much difference in the story line. You can try moving in between towns while in game if you'd like.

Yes its very hard to move when you're already feeling comfortable in the town you choose.
