Robert Baccalieri Jr. Through all the ridicule over his weight and intelligence, he still managed to rise up in the ranks, and even become one of Tony's trusted friends, just by being himself, motivated and sincere. All this while still remaining one of the more decent members of the mob. I honestly love his character because he doesn't play any games, what you see is what you get. Even when others (Paulie, Chris) make their annoyance by his rising in the ranks and presence at important discussions apparent, he still doesn't take it personally and is actually trying to continue the conversation.
He only got that high up because he was tonys brother in law and was just a yes man - only season 6 tony wouldve picked him, he had 10X the favouritism that Chrissy got.
Top 3 character for me personally. He's one of the most believable, and he really seems like a normal guy that does criminal things, rather than a criminal trying to be normal. Also 48:15 poor Artie catching the People's Elbow lol
